Cons: The 2nd floor is WAY to close to the Friday crowds of rowdy people on the street. You are also right in the middle to 2 major late night clubs.

Cons: very, very shabby

Cons: We could not get the heater to turn off! We turned the knobs on the boilers all the way to be turned off but somehow the heat was still functioning fully, so our small room became really hot really fast even with the windows open. The first night I got very little sleep because of how hot it was, plus because we had the windows wide open so the traffic/garbage truck noises kept me up too. Also the one morning we finally didn't have plans for the morning- Sunday- there was no breakfast.

Cons: The front desk staff are far from been friendly The bed is very small The restroom and the bathroom accessory are in very poor condition. Water pressure is low and the temperature of it vary from ice cold to burning hot without touching the faucets

Cons: All else is good except the small toilet. I can't hardly sit on the toilet bowl given the limited room size. :)

Cons: Yes, the rooms are extremely small, even for Manhattan

Cons: Broken glass in window. Damaged plaster on ceiling from water leak. Broken, stained and soiled curtain in the bath window. The rooms could definitely use some love.

Cons: Wish the food, drinks & coffee in the lobby and outside food yruch was cheaper. Some kind of complimentary breakfast or coupon would bring the Highline more in line with competing hotels.

Cons: When checking in they indicated that the water would be turned off at 9am the following morning for emergency repairs. So much for taking the say off and sleeping in. Well, apparently it was only the hot water, which we learned about after getting to the room and reading the note that was slipped under the door. When we got to front desk in the morning, they asked how our stay was and I said it was good. They asked - why only good - so I explained the water situation (it was about 10:30am). They indicated that they hadn't even started the project yet. We went from all water off from 9am-9pm, to only the hot water, to - well the hot water will be turned off - whenever. I'm sure there's a better way.

Cons: Pricing was bit high for the size of the room but still had a great overall experience it was a comfortable stay

Cons: Restaurant staff inside the Hotel had terrible customer service.

Cons: We heard a lot of noise in the hallways- other people talking and doors slamming. It was difficult to shut the door without having it slam loudly. Monday morning we walked out of our room to see that they were replacing the carpet on our floor. That's where the noise that morning was coming from. It would've been nice to have a heads up that carpet was being replaced on our floor during our stay.

Cons: Restaurant/Bar on main floor "The Dog Hoyse" is way over priced for so so food and service.

Cons: The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and just not worth the rate. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cons: The decor is clever, but makes it an incredibly uncomfortable room. Super echo-ey due to the cement, glass & metal design. The lighting is ridiculous to deal with, and half the lights seemed to be burned out. Simple on/off switches would be better than whatever they thought they were installing. Also - I really need to learn to research clubs. Because I never need to stay in a hotel that includes a night club for the rest of my life. Really should be front and center in the descriptions, since some of us don't want to spend every interaction with the elevators and lobbies dealing with an obnoxious club-going crowd that goes on well past 4am. This is a hotel for bored 20-somethings with a lot of money to waste. If you're just looking for somewhere decent to stay in the Chelsea area where you can get a good night's rest... maybe look elsewhere.

Cons: Service was just awful. First day shower curtain filthy, sink didn't drain. Second day, shower curtain fixed, sink still not working. Third day, room never made up Fourth day, asked for ice (there are no ice machines at all), never arrived. Constant - the hallways always smell like food, because the facility is so well insulated that any room service smells will linger forever, and yes it really does. Forget about sleeping. There's a DJ that spins until 4am. My room was on the 10th floor. You could hear it reverberating through the courtyard. There was not much to do about that. Only two elevators for the rooms - so you'll wait for a while to go up or down. Oddly too, you need to use your key in the elevators in *both* directions, and the key swipe hardly worked. The weekends were a joke. Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, parites, the rooftop bar.is a huge draw and all kinds of trendy beautiful people. But that meant that the elevators were packed with party goers, drinks spilled, lots of ruckus that the scene brings with it. Hey it 's fun once in a while but at Dream Hotel it never stopped. Will not stay there again. I hope you know what you're getting in to when booking there.

Cons: Very small rooms and a soft bed.

Cons: Banging doors in the hallway, early housekeeping service. Slow elevators at night when club was using all of them.

Cons: The rooms are small and when you book you have to be very careful if want two double beds, the wording makes you think you are getting two beds and its is one. Three of our group independently made that same mistake.

Cons: Rooms are tiny, and the staff was very inattentive. I asked three times (including reaching out once before my stay) about booking an activity and each time the concierge or staff told me someone would get back to me. Each time, no one ever got back to me. Finally we ended up missing out on the activity we wanted to do because of the staff's lack of attention.

Cons: We got to the pool at 10am and put our names down to be told it was a 3 hour wait.

Cons: It was underneath a nightclub and so all night the music thumped through the ceiling.

Cons: My bathroom sink was plugged up. Houskeeping doesn't seem to be perceptive or ready to take action when they see something like this or I would not have encountered it. Also, I needed to print a boarding pass and their solution was for me to email them instead of having a computer where I could print my boarding pass. I was annoyed by that.
