Ace had great pricing and pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Jenny helped us check in and was very nice and helpful. She gave my wife and I several restaurant recommendations while we were in town for the weekend. Car was nothing special and drove a little bit run down, but it was fine for the few days we used it. Pickup process took an hour. Had to wait outside in the cold while they checked in another customer. Then I returned it on its due date and tried to check another car using a new reservation with a better rate but they would not honor the new rate.Reviewed 4 Feb 2024

Do not use this company! I booked a car 2 weeks ahead They did not have a car ready the wait was going to be 2 hours so I had to pay for an Uber to take me to another rental car company where I had to pay for a SECOND rental car!! I never got to use the rental because it was closed so I could not pick up the car! There is no shuttle from the car rental center from the airport. So you need to setup a separate Uber to the car rental place. It was very confusing and frustrating because we needed to truck around a bunch of luggage I wouldn't normally need to do with other car rental place. Definitely do not recommend. I I'd give negative points if I could!!!Reviewed 29 Sept 2023

Pros:It was a fairly simple process.Cons:I called the day before we picked up our rental and the quoted price was $146. When we arrived, they told us our car rental was going to cost closer to $400. I was displeased but we needed a car as we were on vacation. So if you are considering utilizing ACE, beware that the quoted price is way below what you will actually pay.Reviewed 12 May 2021

Cons:Wasn't even able to rent the vehicle due to me living in san diego and wanting to rent it to go to las vegas and back couldn't take it out of state, but if I wasn't from here I was told i could rent the car and take it wherever I wanted. Won't be renting from them! You want a great rental car place go with Enterprise, have nothing but rave reviews for them and was able to rent within ours of being told no from Ace!Reviewed 30 Apr 2021
