Hello I first came to your location a half an hour earlier to find out that the car was dirty when I receive the car 45 minutes later the car was full of cat hair dog hair I was very upset I did tell them I was not taking that car they need to get me another car which then they had to go another half an hour to get a different vehicle when I receive the vehicle getting on the road I observed a check engine light was on at that moment I had no time to turn around already hour and 15 minutes late leaving I was very unhappy I didn’t mention it to them8.0 Very Good

Wrong car that was too small to fit my family and luggage. Nobody at Hertz could help me because I was a prepay (kayak) customer. I was stressed about the return the whole week.Sixt

The car I reserved was NOT provided. I reserved a Cadillac. When I arrived, I was offered a choice between a Challenger or a Jeep Wrangler. UNACCEPTABLE. The agent who assisted me was surly. Refused to give me her regional managers contact info. Terrible customer service.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Walked into an empty location with a telephone ringing off the hook. After about 10 minutes a man walked in, went behind the counter and without saying a word, nodded his head back to acknowledge my presence and call me over to the counter. The car was dirty inside and out. He said he would take it to put it through a car wash but it should have been clean when he brought it to me. Overall poor experience at pick-up. Drop-off at airport location was completely different. Very friendly people and a very easy process.4.0 Mediocre

The guy at pick up was an idiot and the car was dirty, still trash in it from the last person. Also the employee put in the computer the car left with a full tank when indeed it left with the fuel light on. The guy at drop off also was sporting an attitude.Dollar
