Place closed at 2pm ... i could have never made the pickup.Cons:
Closing time should have been flagged .. I had to rent another car from the airport - staff would not honor the original deal a day later for the same class of car - car had a dirty windshield inside and out ans had an unevenly worn front tire that made excessive noise2.0 Poor

I understand being busy during spring break, but calling to inform customers that there aren't enough cars is the absolute bare minimum that they should have done, but they couldn't be bothered to even do that. Horrible company.2.0 Poor

Everything else~! I checked with AVIS three times prior to my going to the Ft. Lauderdale location to drop off the rental car and was told that they did have a shuttle to the cruise ships. When I arrived, I was told that they stopped the shuttle and I had to pay $20. to a taxi to take us to the ship. The clerk was totally without empathy and said she didn't know why it still said there was a shuttle when they moved it two months ago. I used Alamo on the return trip home without any problems and with the ability to pick which ever car I wanted in my class (full size).Sixt

Pros:
Location was convenient - next to water taxi, near several hotels. Car was available to us 2 hours earlier than requested. Upgrade was offered, which we decided to take. Walk around the car and transaction was handled in short amount of time, there was no hard sell for additional cost items (the upgrade was offered, but not pushed), and we were on the road.Cons:
Finding the location was a bit of a challenge, but Hilton Hotel staff was quick to send us in the right direction and the challenge was well worth the convenience.2.0 Poor

I wasted several hours and over $60 in Uber fees due to a screw up by Hertz and Priceline. But worst of all, once I tried to contact Hertz and Priceline no one was able or willing to help me. It was among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.Cons:

Pros:
Despite the fact that I reserved a car 2 months in advance, on the date and time I was scheduled to pick up the car I had to wait over an hour to get the car, thus altering my entire time frame for leaving town on a Christmas vacation with my family. I was very disappointed and will not ever be using Budget rentals again. The employees took their sweet time and had absolutely no concern about my needs and made no effort to accommodate me.2.8 Poor

Pick up was a mess. 45 minutes in line. 4 of 6 people ahead of me had problems with location of office, car requested not available. Not good.Cons:
