the fact that i had a reservation and when i got there had to wait an hour for a car. had to be driven by manager (THANK YOU JOSH!) who went out of his way to finally get me in a car. reservation with no car = not likely to return.2.0 Poor

My car was not ready when I arrived. I asked them to call when my car was ready and nobody ever called. I called back several times to find out what happened and got no answer. I never got a rental car and it messed up my entire day.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Davis staff did a great job. It was rainy in Ft. Lauderdale and I made my reservation an hour before pick up. When they received my information they called me to inform me they may not have a car as many renters had not returned their vehicle. We went to the facility anyway where they did have a car ready. The staff had it clean and out of the water that had accumulated in the parking lot.Cons:

After a tremendous amount of time, inconvenience, and multiple visits, we were finally given a vehicle that met our needs.Cons:
Our reservation made almost 3 months in advance meant nothing. We needed a minivan for our vavation, and there were none to be had.2.0 Poor

The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.2.4 Poor

We had a rental car reserved and picking up at 6pm. Guess what? Rental car location is closed at 6pm! Tried to get one at the airport & they wanted to charge us 3x the price. Thank goodness for uber, because this was awful10.0 Wonderful
