I waited over 5 hours for a car because they were sold out even though I had a reservation through you. Customer service on the phone hung up on me and kept saying they couldn’t help me find another location. They didn’t adjust my rental time for the same rate when it was there fault the cars were not there. The phone representative suggested I was late or the rental agent was incompetent. I had to drive across country in less than 24 hours to avoid a late fee even though I technically wasn’t late. I was given a free upgrade which was not good because the gas mileage sucked8.8 Very Good

Pros:
Davis staff did a great job. It was rainy in Ft. Lauderdale and I made my reservation an hour before pick up. When they received my information they called me to inform me they may not have a car as many renters had not returned their vehicle. We went to the facility anyway where they did have a car ready. The staff had it clean and out of the water that had accumulated in the parking lot.Cons:

Booked a same day car and showed up 2 hours early, ended up getting a fantastic vehicle and timely service. Easiest drop of in Ft Lauderdale, especially if you’re taking Southwest, as they are both at Terminal 1.Cons:

This (non-airport) agency did not have my reserved car available even though I confirmed day before. Waited 1.5 hours for a car I didn't want. Car had no wiper fluid in it... poor Agency. The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.2.4 Poor
