Everything, they ran out of cars to rent. Staff lied to me that I would have a car, guaranteed I would have one by the end of the day. No phone call and wouldn't return my phone call.6.8 Okay

the fact that i had a reservation and when i got there had to wait an hour for a car. had to be driven by manager (THANK YOU JOSH!) who went out of his way to finally get me in a car. reservation with no car = not likely to return.2.0 Poor

My car was not ready when I arrived. I asked them to call when my car was ready and nobody ever called. I called back several times to find out what happened and got no answer. I never got a rental car and it messed up my entire day.10.0 Wonderful
