Reserveda cargo van on line, confirmation# included, showed up and they told me they had no vans for at least 4 months. Vans should be taken off you web site.

Everything. The pick up location was wrong, they wanted to charge me extra $180 to let me pickup the car at airport but then told me to drop off the car in different location anyway claiming they can’t retrieve the payment to this location. Never took the car from them. I am disputing the charges with credit card. Go to Six rent a car. Better service, better cars, better prices

Terrible. I reserved a convertible, months in advance, for a specific reason. I was given a Jeep Wrangler, which I do not like, instead. My 15 year wedding anniversary trip was ruined.

They were overbooked and didn't have any cars. We booked a standard SUV and after 2 hrs wait were informed that they only have a minivan for us and we would need to come in 2 days to exchange for an SUV. It was a hassle on our vacation

I was unable to use your services when I landed because of some voucher issue. Had to come out of the pocket on the spot instead of going with the prepaid method. Really big inconvenience coming up with 600+ dollars on the spot for a week long rental.

They refuse to give me a car at the airport because I reserved it at different location. They had me going to a location that was already closed. I had to pay more money and pick car a different location and second day. Then I had to pay more to drop off at airport. Very poor and bad service no regards to customers needs or time.

When I dropped off the car, the attendant didn't give me a paper receipt; when I asked him what the final cost was, he couldn't tell me, and informed me that I would get an invoice by email within 24 hrs. The invoice I eventually received showed that the car was logged as "returned" 5 hours later than I actually checked it in, and I was charged for an extra day that would not have occurred if they had logged my check-in at the correct time. Given that the attendant would not tell me the final price, I believe that they recorded the later check-in time deliberately to justify the over charge. DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT.

Place closed at 2pm ... i could have never made the pickup.

Cons:

Closing time should have been flagged .. I had to rent another car from the airport - staff would not honor the original deal a day later for the same class of car - car had a dirty windshield inside and out ans had an unevenly worn front tire that made excessive noise

Staff canceled our reservation without informing us. They were rude and unhelpful about the whole thing.

Cons:

I understand being busy during spring break, but calling to inform customers that there aren't enough cars is the absolute bare minimum that they should have done, but they couldn't be bothered to even do that. Horrible company.

Everything was great until we dropped the car off. They overcharged us for the car at the Avis destination. I'm trying to resolve with Avis. Part of it stems from the check-in. As soon as a car was turned in they handed the keys over to us. They didn't clean or disinfect the car, quickly captured the miles and gas and then sent us off. That was fine since we were wanting to hit the road but it ended up creating issues for us at the end. There was only a 1/2 tank of gas and that's how we returned it but it looks like we were penalized for it. We also were a few hours late because of traffic and they charged us an extra $100 for an extra day. So overall it ended up being a disappointing experience.

Pros:

Despite the fact that I reserved a car 2 months in advance, on the date and time I was scheduled to pick up the car I had to wait over an hour to get the car, thus altering my entire time frame for leaving town on a Christmas vacation with my family. I was very disappointed and will not ever be using Budget rentals again. The employees took their sweet time and had absolutely no concern about my needs and made no effort to accommodate me.

It was unclear how to contact the offices directly, so we ended up getting transferred to call centers a couple of times that didn’t have accurate information for our pick up and drop off locations, specifically when we couldn’t find a location and were unclear on hours of operation.

The two people that run the that location are incredibly unprofessional. They weren’t at the desk when I arrived, they left cell phone numbers to call. I called Nichola, she had a horrible attitude and said sorry, call one of the other numbers, I’m not working today. I called the other number for Jack. Got his voicemail several times in a row. He finally called me back after I asked for help from the hotel staff. He sounded like he was at a party as someone was screaming happy birthday in the background. After about 30 or 40 min of waiting, Jack finally arrived. He didn’t have my car ready, he was hunting through a huge ring of keys. He ended up sticking me in a car that was completely filthy, dirty, smelled bad…. I ended up stopping at Walgreens and buying Windex to clean the car out because it was so nasty. I’ll never rent from this location or likely even from Budget again. Do yourself a favor and stick with Enterprise. I’ve never had trouble with Enterprise and they actually pick you up. Good luck if you’re dealing with this clown show.
