Pick-up truck

When I got there, they had no pickup that I had to rented . It had to cancel and go to another company. And they were late to open up had to wait 15 minutes before somebody showed up to the location

Hello I first came to your location a half an hour earlier to find out that the car was dirty when I receive the car 45 minutes later the car was full of cat hair dog hair I was very upset I did tell them I was not taking that car they need to get me another car which then they had to go another half an hour to get a different vehicle when I receive the vehicle getting on the road I observed a check engine light was on at that moment I had no time to turn around already hour and 15 minutes late leaving I was very unhappy I didn’t mention it to them

Maybe don't cancel reservation the night before then, send a text saying it's because over booking when really it's cause nobody wanted to work at 8am
