Forgot transponder (which I prepaid for) making tollgates a challenge. Car quality (Ford ESport) was small and less than expected for “mid-size SUV.” Car shocks were poor, but got us to Chicago without other technical issues.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise always has great customer service and they make pick-up and return fast and easy. They are my preferred car rental agency.Cons:

First Avis location closes at 5pm on a weekday making it impossible to pickup a car if you have a fulltime job. Second Avis location was much better with friendly assistance. Definitely on brand that has two very different views on how to run a companyCons:
