Pickup and drop off was very efficient and quick. Staff was friendly and was very hassle free. They put us in an SUV for the same price and it ended up allowing us to take more stuff on our trip than we originally planned.Cons:
Honestly in this case, I'm not sure. The price can always be better but felt we got a pretty good deal in this case too.9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
Bad communication around drop off time, we had to go back the day after at 7am to return the car because nobody was there at the time we agreed upon and no one from the call center was able to help. Please rent from an airport and avoid Dollar in the city.2.0 Poor

There's hidden fee/scam like approach to tolls. The fees they applied were never disclosed or discussed at pickup/dropoff. There are no other options and compared to the other major rental companies these fees are exorbitant and excessive. This is a major issue that has been thoroughly documented online with renters dissatisfaction. Unacceptable.10.0 Wonderful

took me 20 minutes on foot to find it as the Address does not correspond with the GPS on Google or maps or safari. You need to correct the address and say it is the the parking garage 2 blocks before 339 south end ave.2.0 Poor

Nothing. They refused to give me a refund or change the dates of the rental after I contracted Covid 19 and had to quarantine.Cons:

Drop off instructions (which were confirmed on the phone) were misleading. We ended up in the wrong garage and had to pay $26 for "parking" there (we were there for 6 minutes). I also still haven't received a receipt for the charges.3.2 Poor

I had to get two new cars because of maintenance issues. Had to use my own trike aaa because it took so long to get through. Wait times on the phones were almost always a half hour. First car had a tire blow out. Second car had tire pressure issues. Had to drive to new locations to pick up, even thought he second time they said they would deliver a car.Avis
