First of all dollar wouldn’t honor my same-day reservation confirmed through your site. That’s problem number one. Secondly I was offered an upgrade which was appreciated so I could actually get a car, but I was provided a car that did not have a sufficient charge.Reviewed 23 Dec 2024

Rental was pretty seamless. Agent in NY was super helpful, wish I remembered her name. Only complaint would be not informing customer that they’re reserving an electric vehicle. I didn’t find that out until getting to Dollar. A change can be made for a fee though and if a regular vehicle is available.Reviewed 20 July 2024

Was allowed to rent a car past the time that the rental car company was open. Flight coming in was delayed so I hopped on different flight to this location, planning on renting a car to drive back home. Ended up being stranded in JFK for a night as I was never able to rent a car and all other places were booked. they did not have any cars at all despite the reservation ….that is not acceptable - many people were left without cars for their trips i will never use village again i had to take my business off kayak and go to enterprise directly but had to pay $100 for an Uber to get my dog to the airport to get the carReviewed 1 July 2024
