NYC staff was great. There was no staff at Atlantic City.Cons:
Call center was very hard to hear (very poor audio connection). I had to extend the rental by 2 hours and the cost was double the original cost.Thrifty

Forgot transponder (which I prepaid for) making tollgates a challenge. Car quality (Ford ESport) was small and less than expected for “mid-size SUV.” Car shocks were poor, but got us to Chicago without other technical issues.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

the car was disgusting inside. it was clearly not cleaned (but the "this car has been cleaned" paper was placed inside) and it smelled. It still had someone's dirty mask in the backseat, dust/soot everywhere and dried snot on the dash/door.9.2 Wonderful
