Cons:
The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was in a hurry, and the attendant walked away after giving me the keys, so I didn't have time to find someone to see if I could exchange the car. However, the smell was so strong we had to drive with the windows down the entire 4 hour trip.10.0 Wonderful

The car's oil change indicator was triggered when I picked up the car. The car's tank was also only filled halfway upon pickup. I expected the tank to be full when I picked up the car, so that was very disappointing.9.2 Wonderful

They did not have cars available even though I reserved and prepaid for 3 days. No call to alert and I only found out once I arrived to pick. Was unable to take my father to his covid shot as a result. I'm now in the nightmare of trying to get my money back.8.4 Very Good

Bad communication around drop off time, we had to go back the day after at 7am to return the car because nobody was there at the time we agreed upon and no one from the call center was able to help. Please rent from an airport and avoid Dollar in the city.2.0 Poor

There's hidden fee/scam like approach to tolls. The fees they applied were never disclosed or discussed at pickup/dropoff. There are no other options and compared to the other major rental companies these fees are exorbitant and excessive. This is a major issue that has been thoroughly documented online with renters dissatisfaction. Unacceptable.10.0 Wonderful

took me 20 minutes on foot to find it as the Address does not correspond with the GPS on Google or maps or safari. You need to correct the address and say it is the the parking garage 2 blocks before 339 south end ave.2.0 Poor

Drop off instructions (which were confirmed on the phone) were misleading. We ended up in the wrong garage and had to pay $26 for "parking" there (we were there for 6 minutes). I also still haven't received a receipt for the charges.3.2 Poor

I had to get two new cars because of maintenance issues. Had to use my own trike aaa because it took so long to get through. Wait times on the phones were almost always a half hour. First car had a tire blow out. Second car had tire pressure issues. Had to drive to new locations to pick up, even thought he second time they said they would deliver a car.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The vehicle was ok.Cons:
- The vehicle was not ready when I arrived. They has to take the one they had assigned to me because it did not have enough fuel, then "find" another one. Simple breakdown of basic actions, it doesn't take long to tag the car to go out for a customer and check the fuel. - The car I was assigned was given to me with just under a half tank of gas. I returned it at the same level. Upon return, the agent says he is doing me a "favor" by not charging me to bring up to 3/4 of a tank. I was told by the check-out agent that I need to return it to how it was given to me, which I did. If the car was supposed to be at 3/4 of a tank at checkout then again, the employee basic actions of the location are not being followed. - The location does not have a late night check-in routine. If that is not an option, they should tell the renter prior to renting. I was forced to keep the car overnight and adjust my work schedule to bring it back the next morning. In 20+ years of renting cars for work or personal use, from a number of companies, this is easily one of the worse I've ever rented from. I can say this is not indicative of Enterprise as a whole, but this location or area needs some work on its routines and presentation.5.2 Fair
