Everything I was good except food quality is very poor
Overall was a good experience and this particular flight the crew were great too at least in business class. It’s not always the case with flydubai. Few things would make me think twice in the future on this route. 1. The arrival into T3 might sound good but it is a real pain as it takes almost 30 mins to get to terminal on the bus as the aircraft still park at T2. The bag takes even longer . If they just let us off at T2, I’d be home within 30 mins of walking off the plane. Instead it takes 1.5 hours. 2. Due to the timing, the very tiny lounge in Penang is so crowded because half the lounge is closed for Qatar crew. Hardly anywhere to sit. 3. Flydubai app and site has a long way to go and using it is very unpleasant.
The boarding process was smooth and the stewardesses were nice. Some delays with drinks at the end of the flight, but no issues.
Comfort good. Service as usual poor. Cabin temperature as usual too cold, about 15 degrees
Comfort and customer service from most if the crew was great. The crew reassigning passengers should consider the presence of infants when reassigning seats. Unfortunately a couple of oversized passengers were relocated next to us, making this segment a bit uncomfortable, as there was not only extra leg space required. I ended up swapping seats with my husband so our baby wouldn't be impacted. My husband travelled quite uncomfortable as the reassigned neighbour shoulder and arm ended up on my husband's seat
The service was excellent. We flew coach on this leg of our trip and it was still very pleasant.
Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.
Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!
The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.
