I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable
Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama
Very long flight time. Still better than a connection flight. Staff is very good at service. Vegetarian food is not very good.
The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.
Aircraft is pretty old. Seat is not comfortable. Meal quality is disappointing. Entertainment system is not impressive at all.

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
There could have been better spacing of the passengers, it was crowded in some parts of the plane then other while rows were empty
Plane took off on time and I had the whole row to myself!
Good budget airline. Disappointed zipair membership program doesn't let you transfer your 30% discount to your family members.
Punctuality is a great factor. Boarding, departing and landing in timely fashion. No hazles and very profesional service in land and during the flight. Great experience.
Wifi never really worked. Flight attendants were generally fine except when they were not very helpful when my wife accidentally spilled a soda (they chastised her to apologize to the people sitting behind when it was dark and we couldn't see anything and they brought one tiny napkin to help clean it up). Seats were uncomfortable for all four of us. Otherwise a typical flight.
Seats in economy might too narrow. people sitting next to each other is always hitting shoulders.

It was for the most part a 10/10 they said they had entertainment options but all they had was old movies for streaming from the mid 2010’s so like 10 years ago

Couple of the crew members were really nice and the rest are really rude and didn't help when we needed help, food was not worth it at all and most importantly there's no even entertainment system other than a very interruptive and slow internet and some movies.
I appreciate the economy price of the tickets. The long flight made the comfort level on the lower average side. Wi-Fi connection was not consistent but working. Overall, I would fly again with zip air but next time get the flat, premium seats with the amount of money I would save otherwise.
Comfortable seats and lucky no one was in middle seat. No water on the plane. Plane was on time and staff was fast.

I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

Quite ordinary, as might be expected of a budget flight. It was difficult to understand the instructions unless one speaks Japanese, and the seats were quite basic.
Very easy process overall. The staff communicated well and everything was efficient.
Very affordable, smooth check in process, flight attendants were safe and kind, lots of flight availability within Japan.

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
