It was a pleasant experience. In flight entertainment could have been better

Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.

Turkish Airlines was great. My new layover was over 18 hours due to inclement weather back home in Washington DC and the airlines provided me with a hotel room and dinner voucher during my layover

Customer service was poor everywhere. In particular in business class lounge. Stewardess were however excellent. No ability to order more than one dietary restriction in food that created awkward situations when I was offered bulgur due to being diabetic as I was also gluten free

To be prepared for being treated with disrespect by the ground crew.

They changed the return flight to the next day and it interrupted the plans we had in our connecting city.
