Pros: 25 minute flight, no need for in flight entertainment.
Cons: Could use some more leg room.
Pros: The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe.
Cons: Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight.
Pros: The service was good even for such a short flight (20 mins)
Cons: Was an old aircraft so the interior could do with updating

Pros: Service and staff were great. Especially liked that they provide a personal kit for everyone which has a toothbrush, toothpaste and an eye mask and ear plugs. Excellent!

Pros: Staff were attentive. Meals were good. I had an exit row so had good leg room
Cons: Dimmer light in toilet as every time someone went in we we subjected to bright toilet light.

Pros: Crew was good. Seats somehow seemed narrower than normal flights I have taken with Qantas. Sat in middle not even enough space to drink tea comfortably. Wouldn't want to be in that position for any longer flights.

Pros: crew was nice. but we had massive delays and the attitude of the employees at the gate and on check in, was terrible
Cons: it was their fault that the plane was delayed (mechanical problems), when i asked to be transferred to jfk instead of newark, the employees at melbourne said it's not possible. basically it was their problem but refused to be accountable to it or to accommodate passengers
Pros: Lots of movies and TV to watch. Meals were decent. Good attendants.
Cons: A little tight seats. The attendents were slow to clean up after meals.

Cons: less use of single use plastics. air canada could become a pioneer and use compostavle plastics or better yet the new paper box water bottles!
