The shuttle was good to airport and back... we got to car rental place and they tell us they don’t have what we wanted. We paid for a 7 seater Dodge Journey new model. We got there and they said they have no 7 seater and gave us two rly old model Chevy car it was either that or a 5 seater. Okay we’ll make it work plus they added like $300 on Imsurance.. so on our trip we get a flat tire my husband fixes it so be it when we go to return the car we tell them and they charge us $200 for a tire that I cannot even exagérate the spare tire and other tires are all the same so $200 for a freaking tire that we couldn’t help popped on us while driving. So I am livid never in my life of renting cars are we made to pay for something that we had no control over. My mother has issues with the car rental too. We will never rent a car in Mexico again or from this company. Worst service we have gotten. The only reason we paid for the tire was bc we didn’t want to miss our flight and had to get to the airport.Reviewed 17 June 2021

Pros:We cancelled the rental car. They wants $284.00 US for Insurance and a $4,500.00 deposit. It is not on Cancun Airport property a 15 min cab ride.Reviewed 10 May 2021

Cons:They wanted an $8000 usd deposit because i didn't want to buy their additional insurance. I ended up purchasing an insurance from them that was more than the cost of the entire rent.Reviewed 1 Apr 2021

Pros:Cheap but didn’t end up getting the car. It took 2 hours from my day to try and get this rental and they weren’t able to get me the vehicle. They didn’t have the vehicle I reserved.Cons:Don’t book here. Pay more somewhere else where the process will be smooth.Reviewed 2 Feb 2021

Pros:Drop off was fast and easyCons:The process of picking up the car took a very long time (about an hour) and we were charged an extra $110 from what we were guaranteed. Pros:Nothing.Cons:Complete scam! -10 min outside the airport (shuttle pickup of slow if even available) -Gave me car in less then empty tank although paperwork stated 3/4 of a tank (scam #1) -Required additional insurance coverage (additional $23/day) because we didn’t have a sealed envelope certified by the Mexican government that we had enough funds ($6000 USD) to cover damages to the vehicle (scam #2) -Upon return on the vehicle the attendant pulled off hubcap to reveal “rim damage”. They insisted I had to replace rim and tire, conveniently additional insurance they force me into did not cover such damage.(Scam #3) -They are saying they will keep my security deposit (scam #4) Overall terrible experience!Reviewed 4 Jan 2021

Pros:Nice people and fast service.Cons:They forced me to purchase a $250 full-coverage insurance, which was not expected and not clearly stated when I made the reservation. This meant a 50% increase on our rental budget. This needs to be made clear during the online reservation and not as a surprise when you are all ready to go on site.Reviewed 8 July 2019

Cons:The right reservation and a bullshit run around ending up with the rental company telling us they could drive us back to the airport after arriving in cancun, never rent with america xar rentals or economy while their trust me I go here a lot and have rented cars from other spots.Reviewed 30 Apr 2019

Worst serviceCons:The car I originally signed up for I couldn’t get due their not being enough of those cars. I got a crappy dodge attitude brakes and shocks were blown and bunch of ants inside the car.
