Pros:Car worked fineCons:2 hour wait, others waited longer, didn't have the car I reserved, had to find a car for me. Overall really annoying. Having the car you rented and getting it to you should be pretty automatic.Reviewed 19 May 2021

Cons:This place is a racket. There is no pricing transparency once you enter the doors to pick up your car. The whole process took an hour and a half, we literally walked out at one point because it was such a Scam. The car we received was definitely not cleaned. Cons:The line for picking up a car took over 2 hours, the rental team was taking 15 dollars cash from people to cut the line. I’d understand if it was busy, but there were 6 open kiosks and I was maybe 15th in line, and had to keep watching people get bumped to the front. For drop off, I had to wait 10+ minutes for I’m not even sure what- I think an additional car wellness check? Cons:I was forced to buy insurance for over 2x the rental price. They demanded to hold hundreds of dollars for possible damage as well a the mandatory insurance which was never disclosed in the original booking. Pros:Friendly, not super helpful. Breezed past costly details and did not help me understand.Cons:I waited an hour in line to rent my car. I understand that it’s busy. I was told it would be $175 USD for my car and rental and it was over $600. I did not get the car requested or what I was told I’d get.
