They decide 2 hours before our arrival to cancel oCons:The ag ncy upon arrival decided not to honor our booking and offer us either to do a new booking 30 usd more than what was initially confirmed or they would not give us the car. The cheat you on the exchange ratePros:When I arrived, I was told I had to purchase their insurance, and that the insurance through the website was no good in Mexico. The rate for the rental car was $150.00, but with insurance and taxes it came $524.00! That's huge jump in price, but when I returned home, the total bill on my credit card was $604.00 because Firefly when they quoted me the bill, they did so at an exchange rate that was not real, it was actually more. I would not rent here ever again!Reviewed 4 Jan 2017
