Car was what we needed and had great safety features.

Cons:

Pick up was slow. You had to wait outside and hope someone in the office would see you. Maybe adding a door bell/buzzer would help speed up the process.

Horrible service/ experience. Why no one called when I was Uber to get my car they were all out. They didn’t even cancel my rental. I still had to do it even though they didn’t had the van. Please consider other car rentals.

The car was filthy! Dirty, dusty, full of food crumbs, and terrible smell! My return time was 10am. I arrived by 10:30 and they charged me for an extra day no matter how I argued the issue! By the end I just wanted to leave! But an absolute racket! And then they wanted to charge me an airport fee when we are not at the airport and it’s just a scam! Do not rent from either Budget or Avis at this location!

Pros:

The pick up and drop off was pretty easy.

Cons:

Old food left from previous renter. This shows how they didn't clean the car beforehand. Also, the previous renter left their paperwork with all of their information in the glove compartment. I shouldn't be able to know the details of the previous renter. Again, shows how they didn't clean or look through the car.

Never Never Never Never again will I rent from this place! I was assigned a car that was dirty/had stains and smelled of human stench (after the car was left in the hot sun). the company hid stench with/ 4 pine scented hanging on the mirror to distract the stench). It was so disgusting when i got home i had to disinfected all the items i had in the car. Prior to returning the car I had plastic bag on the driver seat. This location scared me for life by renting me a FILTHTY Car............

They didn’t have the vehicle we booked. We went to the first lot at the airport but realized we had to take a cab to a different hertz dealer. Then they didn’t have the correct vehicle. They were going to send us to a third hertz, but we ended up settling for a different vehicle.

Receptionist was extremely rude. There was no car available for me even though a reservation was a made. She was quick to let me know there was nothing she could do for me. She didn’t even try and cancel for me but instead kept directing me to call a 1-800 number to cancel or else I would still get charged. Very rude lady.

Pros:

The staff went above standards to accommodate my rental needs. When the SUV had a problem with the tires they made sure to give me a car that would better fit my safety concerns.

Cons:

There was little to no trunk space in a 7 passenger suv. I was not aware that it was possible to not have a suv with no space for luggage.
