Overpriced!!! I was rented an electric vehicle with only 155mi left before it needed to be re-charged. I was told that it had been on their charger for 2 1/2 days and that was as high as it had charged up to. Yet me being the renter was told I have to bring it back with just as much or more of a charge on it, or pay for having less than 155mi on it. Fortunately I was able to charge it at my work as they have a charging station and brought it back with 85mi more than they had given me. When I asked them if they were going to credit me for the extra miles I gave them, they said it didn't work that way. Funny how one sided they are isn't it?Reviewed 10 Sept 2024

Budget was great. I requested a vehicle to be picked up @ the airport. KAYAK reserved a vehicle @ a Budget location far away. The airport Budget Manager was able to change our reservation and rent us a van with the same discounts. Budget was great; Kayak sucks!!!Reviewed 7 May 2024

Ended up paying $200+ because I booked here from the airport rental center and this app booked it 30 min away to one close to the damn border. I’d had to get a Uber for not only myself but for my 2 kids aw well. Ended up settling to just rent from the location the shuttle already took us to, just to find out it’s gonna be $350 more. Manager did to some adjusting to get it a lil lower. I was grateful for that. Also upgraded my vehicle for no cost. :)Reviewed 25 Mar 2024
