Cons:
Instead of small economy car I had a dirty inside and outside pick-up truck. It was an extremly noisy and uncomfortable ride. I was told it was the only available car. Very dissapointed.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The clerk was awesome. My issue is that my original rate was not honored! I reserved a vehicle for San Diego Airport online at an affordable rate. When we arrived (after a long day of travel) we were told the address for the reservation wasn’t for SAN, but a location nearly an hour away!!Cons:
Our quoted rate should be honored and the website should be MUCH clearer on locations. In fact I would appreciate a refund of the difference in the higher price I ended up paying!10.0 Wonderful

The rate was substantially lower than the airport pickup rate so it was worth the Uber ride to Miramar. Although the location was a bit funky, the car was in perfect condition and clean.6.8 Okay

Cons:
when i went to pick up my rental, they didn't have it there. I was supposed to pick it up at 12pm, the lady said it'll be a moment while they get it ready. Then 15 minutes later I asked how long and they said the vehicle wasn't there because someone hadn't returned it yet. (this was opportunity #1 to communicate). So I asked they give me a ride home since my ride had already left. They said it would be there between 12-1. At 1pm I called back to see what was up (at this point I was already 1 hour late to depart for a wedding) and they said they had to go pick up the vehicle and it wouldn't be ready until like 3:30pm (again, they hadn't communicated this until I called them). At that point I was really screwed so I just took a different car. Absolutely the worst rental pickup I've ever had and horrible communication.10.0 Wonderful

The car was clean and comfortable.Cons:
The attendants at pickup were extremely misleading and unhelpful. I ended up getting charged double what they promised me. Also, they filled out a "Customer Survey" on my behalf without me knowing (this showed up in the Customer Check-Out Summary Report). I'm getting my money back.10.0 Wonderful

I was not given my car. I arrived at 12 and both employees attempted to lock the door on me and said they were clocked out. I went to Enterprise next door and they helped me out.9.6 Wonderful

we rented a minivan and took a roadtrip from san diego to salt lake city for christmas. It was the perfect solution. We had enough room for everyone, nobody got wear and tear on their car and it was a great value.10.0 Wonderful
