Cons: We had people overhead who made who disturbed us for well over an hour. After calling the front desk to complain it stopped about 30 minutes after our call.

Cons: I have stayed at this hotel before and all rooms were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, this last time I was traveling with another person and a baby, and the room was very small. It barely had any space to store clothes and had to keep moving the crib back and forth as there was really no room for it.

Cons: Always like space, just wish the rooms were a little bigger, but overall great value for a city where nothing is inexpensive.

Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and difficulty sleeping. The mattress needed to be firmer. Waiting for the elevators can take a long time, perhaps because we were there during Christmas and there were a big number of families staying at the hotel plus it was hosting a group of collegiate football players for an upcoming big game.

Cons: Our airconditioner didn't work the first night. The front desk offered to move us to a new room but we declined, hoping the window would provide some cool air. The next day our AC was fixed while we were out and we didn't have further problems. Also wish the the bed had a top sheet in addition to the fitted sheet - Sometimes the duvet was too warm.

Cons: A ton of little creaky, old, uncomfortable things about this hotel add up to a tough place to sleep. This includes hard pillows, creaky pipes, random irregular sounds from the walls, a heat-happy thermostat, and so on

Cons: I felt $64.00 for overnight parking per day is a bit much. I could stomach $50.00 but it was way too overpriced.

Cons: The receptionist lied to me about the parking fee Later the hotel charge me 75 USD for overnight parking

Cons: Staff gave me key to wrong room upon check-in. The rooms have seen better days...seem a bit beat-up. The tile on the lobby floors and in elevators was obviously installed before suitcases with wheels became common.

Cons: Unresponsive staff. Examples: (1) concierge and room service rang out after trying repeatedly reach them for 10 and 15 minutes; (2) waitstaff in bar/dining area was slow and inattentive; (3) we needed 2 extra blankets and they initially resisted until we convinced them we were using all the blankets in the room and were still cold; (4) the food and beverages were overpriced and barely mediocre.

Cons: Lack of aesthetics, just tired and drab. Parking is just ok

Cons: You're still downtown, so you walk out and it's a lot of homeless and the streets smell of urine, bad. The hotel staff is in no hurry for anything. Toom service took 1.5-2 hours and we even had a package delivered and they never bothered to bring it up. After three hours we told them forget it we'll get it ourselves. Cleaning staff is super nice. They were doing construction there so don't bother trying to nap during the day, because they were jack hammering the lobby. For the money I think there's better.

Cons: Bathrooms are small and outdated. Overnight parking is $34.00.

Cons: I went to check into my room after having lunch. I said I would meet a coworker there. I got there and our waitress came out and talked to me in a very loud voice saying that none of us had paid for lunch, and that it was going to come out of her salary, and that I had to give her my charge card and pay for all the lunches. I told her that was not so as I saw each of us settle up our tabs. I turned around to leave and went down the escalator after I saw my friend was not there and got another text that he was downstairs. She followed me downstairs loudly saying that we had not paid our bills and that she was going to call security. At the bottom of the escalator she found security. They all followed me back upstairs and by then my friend that I was supposed to meet joined us. I was a bit upset because I knew we all paid our bills. He was pretty calm and said what will it take to just get this taken care of for now so we can meet our friends for dinner and will come back later. She just kept insisting there was nothing that could be done except to pay for all three lunches. It was also interesting that as soon as I got to my room there was a phone call verifying that I was just eating in the restaurant and I still wonder if that was not part of the scam. We finally got through to a manager. After explaining the story again, she went over to a register and looked and found all three of our signed receipts for lunch. She admitted that I should never have been treated like that and guess what, all of our lunches are comped on her! Although it was very unnerving, everything turned out well and the hotel room was just fine.

Cons: Room needs renovation. Restroom is small, couldn't find light switch when we get in the room. Booked king bed room and was given a double bed room, staff told us nothing they could do. They did give us some credit but only end up buying some water, because there is none in the room.

Cons: For the price that you pay, the gym should should have a more equipment.

Cons: No major restaurant. No gift shop or facility to buy personal items. King size beds should have night stands on both sides not on one only. Inadequate drawers Ask for repair of fridge not done. This is not St Francis I have stayed at in the past.

Cons: We stayed in the Tower. The room was big and the furnishings adequate, but not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Somewhat dated. Also, hallways are dark and below what one would expect from a hotel like this. I could've paid $100 more and stayed at the Fairmont, and it would've been worth it!

Cons: it's the worst Westin I have ever stay,inside of hotel is too old and I can hear everything that women who stay next door she said.$700 per night,i would choose hotel that is near Bound that area next time.

Cons: Booked through Kayak and the day before they stay received an email that the hotel had overbooked and was canceling my reservation. Luckily I was able to find an excellent hotel a block away at a reasonable price. Not sure if I would try to book through Kayak again.

Cons: My room's window faced a brick wall and got absolutely no sunlight. I felt like we were in a dungeon. I couldn't tell what time of day it was, kind of like that feeling you get when you are in a Vegas Casino. We didn't get in until after midnight when we arrived, so I was more interested in getting some sleep than complaining. But I was really disappointed.

Cons: We had to remind them on two occasions to clean our room. On the day before check-out,our room was not cleaned or refreshed. This was really the only negative,apart from the fact that the drinks in the main bar are quite expensive.

Cons: Left a sweater called back immediately got security said nothing turned in, called back twice no luck. Guess it got up and walked away. Not buying it. Tough luck right

Cons: For the price one is paying to be there, I wish there was a breakfast option. You could "buy" breakfast but who want to pay $25 for scrambled eggs, when you can walk 2 blocks up the street to a very nice cafe and get the same thing for $12.

Cons: The hotel has lost its luster...beds were uncomfortable....toilet leaked....no water in rooms....grubby panhandler approached us while we sat at lobby coffee bar....not surprising since every time we went out the front door the doormen were either talking or texting n cell phones off to the side...I gave stayed there on and off for over 20 years...it's a shame but I will likely stay elsewhere going forward

Cons: Parking was atrocious. It took two hours to actually approach the parking garage bc of a traffic logjam, and we never got to actually park our car safely at the hotel. We had to find a random garage a few blocks away. Best bet is to drop your car off very early, or well after check-in time.

Cons: The cleanliness of the room. Found hair in the tub and around toliet that wasn’t ours. Makes me question if the sheets and the room were clean at all.

Cons: When I checked in, room they assigned me to wasn't serviced. Called the front desk multiple times and had to wait 30 plus minutes before waiving down a manger to help me. Then proceeded to wait another 29 min to find a room that was cleaned.

Cons: Parking costs $62 a day. I know it is expensive in the city, but what a racket!

Cons: Someone kept requesting housekeeping to my room at odd hours of the night and I was charged parking when I didn't drive or have guests. I requested a late check out yet housekeeping kept checking to see if I had left every 2 hours.

Cons: The location for us was a bit too close to some seedy areas of town. No problem, but you need to be careful which way you walk.

Cons: Valet parking fee is crazy high!

Cons: There was a "bouncer" type employee at night who gave me and the girls staying at the hotel a hard time. He required every girl to have a key in their hand to get in, even though we just had one person per room have a key because we didn't think it was necessary. He was extremely rude and borderline harassing.

Cons: Every time I’m here, hotel is always busy, so rooms usually aren’t available until 3:00. They do have an ambassador program for extra perks, but it’s only good for intercontinental hotels and not the chain of hotels it’s associated with. Water pressure in shower is low, but it’s a roomy shower.

Cons: Everything was overpriced, maybe I’m not a 4.5 star hotel guy. Parking was $70/night incl tax (after 1st night I parked outside), water in room was $8. I needed some antacid at night, 2 tabs of pepto=$2. I guess I was expecting more, or it’s really for people who will use the bar and drink more. Water pressure in shower was too low.

Cons: The thermostat in our room was broken and it was way too hot. We tried re-setting it several times but it kept blowing hot air even though it was 75F. It was very difficult to sleep and sweated through the night. The shower pressure was very low. Having both shower head choices was nice, but it was difficult to feel clean because the water pressure was very low and so it took much longer to soap off. For a business hotel, you had to pay for internet. We used a hotspot instead. It felt a bit confused whether it was a luxury hotel or a business hotel, and for the price point I would stay somewhere else that has better value for money. Not having a good night sleep really affected my work day

Cons: Check out was at 12:00pm as normal but was woken up by maid knocking on door at 9:15am. Charged my credit card $100.00 more than what was on invoice when I checked out. To be refunded within 5days or so supposedly....... It would have been nice to know beforehand.

Cons: Honestly I cant think of a single thing... The hotel is working hard to protect their guests and are constantly cleaning/sanitizing... Very grateful!

Cons: We were next to a family that had several rooms. Doors were slamming all night. Loud noise,kids crying. We had to finally call down to front desk but it continued all night. Uncomfortable

Cons: If you plan to stay here long just know that no room cleaning is done until you check out. My stay was for 6 nights and I was only informed that my room would be cleaned on the 5th day when I was checking in. I know this is due to covid and them being careful but which person what to stay in a room that’s not being cleaned?! On the 3rd day I asked for my room to be cleaned and since they have a time that cleaning is done - it was done on the 4th day.

Cons: There was no hair dryer, the room was dirty, there was a sock under the bed, a mask on the chair, and leftover food in the mini fridge.

Cons: Parking situation was not good. The hotel has first come first serve self parking because of COVID but charge valet prices still. The parking lot was full so I had to find use a public parking lot.
