Pros: I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.
Cons: There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy.
Pros: The service is exceptional!
Pros: Lie-flat seats in business class
Cons: 4 hrs delay due to failure of Singapore Airlines to have a working plane on site at the appointed time. Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing.
Pros: On-time, Food, Comfort
Cons: Special Assistance not provided inspite of it being booked with ticket.
Pros: It got me from b to c
Cons: Significantly delayed hoarding for non technical reasons. Food was decidedly average. Seat pitch is just tolerable.
Cons: Crazy long delay. Wasted a whole extra day at the airport with no help or accommodations. :(
Pros: Food and comfort of the seat
Cons: The USB charger, the whole entertainment, anything on the remote including light control and bell, stopped working! I wasn't given enough attention, i had to chase the crew a few times, it was a 14 hour flight with nothing working, miserable experience. I was offered a window seat, which i hate, without considering to give me an upgrade. I was given 5,000 Qantas points, i don't know if they can be moved to my AVIOS.
