Cons: "A mishap when allocating seats online, when i chose seats for us online (my fault i left it too late) there weren't any together...but the staff rectified this..."

Pros: "Flight left on time, arrived 20 mins ahead of time. And great landing"
Cons: "No options for seat choose which totally rubbish don't like deal with Qantas in future"
Pros: "New business layout is more comfortable comfortable and private."
Pros: "Quantas rerouted our SFO - SDY non stop trouble LAX to pick up 28 Passengers!! So 270 Passengers ha to endure an additional 3grs 30 min. No compensation not even a drink voucher! Not up to Quantas standards."
Pros: "More legroom, bathrooms appeared to get serviced so they were not a mess, plenty of food and drinks available throughout the flight. Being able to order the meal ahead was a wonderful way to guarantee your choice. Well done!"
Pros: "You have a good airline. It was clean and everyone was friendly all communication was good EXCEPT before I got to the airport I forgot my visa and thought all I’d have to do is call Qantas and they’d advise me."
Cons: "Every time I’d call an 800 number I’d get someone in South Africa who was sooooo unhelpful. I’m sure she had her script but for heavensake all I needed to do was to go online and get a visa. And I saw someone in San Francisco at the ticket counter get a visa and yet I was told I wouldn’t be flying that night as I had forgotten to get a visa. No help at all !! I know I wasn’t the only person that ever got a visa. I was told to call my consulate. Clearly there was a simple way to get a visa and I was so freaked out until I figured it out myself. Made it so unpleasant."
Cons: "Unnecessary delays"
Pros: "The flight was perfect, good leg space in economy, food was good both breakfast and dinner, even snacks were available during the flight."
Pros: "All the services"
Pros: "Qantas provides a nice welcome when your board domestic flights in Australia like the one we took today between Brisbane and Sydney not just on their international flights. They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers."
Pros: "All good"
Pros: "Staff were courteous, efficient and well presented. Aircraft was clean. Entertainment was par with the usual awful resistive screen and slow response time making the UX just that little bit worse."
Cons: "The food on offer was unfortunately typical fare, with the menus making out the food was something special when in fact it’s the typical $1.50 per passenger Sodexo gruel."
Cons: "Headphone jack on the 747 was faulty."
Pros: "As my partner and I got on board, flight attendants greeted us with a smile. Upon deplaning, each flight attendant we passed by said "thank you" for flying Qantas to Sydney"
Cons: "My partner and I wish we could check-in on the App instead of checking in for flight on the web site via laptop"
Cons: "floor of plane not clean full of crumbs"
Pros: "All great!"
Pros: "Love the Airbus 380!"
Cons: "They didn’t pick up trash very often. Had to store it on the floor by my feet."
Pros: "Looking out the window."
Cons: "Flight changed from an A330 to a B737 perhaps as Resukt if the public holiday"
Pros: "Crew were affable and courteous, even if not very attentive."
Cons: "The entertainment system was ancient, with small screens, loose sockets for headphones, flaky performance. Only the content was decent (not good). They announce boarding sequence and then fail to honor/enforce it, allowing a free for all."
Pros: "Short flight . It's ok"
Pros: "The on board staff were fantastic, very personable, helpful and friendly."
Pros: "Economy cabin red-eye service Perth to Sydney included sandwich and drink soon after departure, quiet cabin with ample at-seat entertainment for those electing not to sleep on the way, and cold bottle of water immediately upon decent in the morning. Being from the US, the cabin and service level far exceeds domestic service offerings from the large US carriers. Value quickly exceeds that of low-cost carriers, especially as a checked bag is included."
Cons: "The wheel on my bag was smashed..."
Cons: "You charged me twice in my credit card the Ticket from Adelaide -Melbourne and Melbourne-Sydney"
Pros: "All the good qualities are there. Check in was a breeze and very friendly handling our surfboard. However, the plane is old and needs a refurbishment, I can't believe how small the personal screens are! Whilst the crew were very friendly, always searching for a specific drink you request, but the food quality was average - I'm taking my own sandwich next time."
Pros: "It was comfortable"
Cons: "I couldn't request a vegan meal online for some reason & once i got to the airport it was too late so i went hungry"
Pros: "Such an arduous and indirect flight route and entertainment screen was non viable but always good to fly with Qantas!"
Cons: "My name is Parag Mokashi, Indian Passport No. Z1788332 had booked 2 return air tickets from Singapore to Auckland with details as follows: Qantas Airways Flight QF6 - Depart Singapore Changi Apt, SG (SIN) 01Dec16 (Thu) 23:50 Arrive Sydney Kingsford Smith Apt, AU (SYD) 02Dec16 (Fri) 10:50 Flight QF145 - Depart Sydney Kingsford Smith Apt, AU (SYD) 02Dec16 (Fri) 11:55 Arrive Auckland International Apt, NZ (AKL) 02Dec16 (Fri) 17:10 Flight QF144 - Depart Auckland International Apt, NZ (AKL) 13Dec16 (Tue) 08:35 Arrive Sydney Kingsford Smith Apt, AU (SYD) 13Dec16 (Tue) 10:15 Flight QF81 - Depart Sydney Kingsford Smith Apt, AU (SYD) 13Dec16 (Tue) 11:15 Arrive Singapore Changi Apt, SG (SIN) 13Dec16 (Tue) 16:30 I had booked these tickets online through CheapTickets.sg on 17th September 2016. While booking the tickets mine and my wife’s full details such as the Name, Nationality and Passport were given. In spite of this nowhere was it mentioned in the Quantas terms and conditions or any prompt/popup given while booking the tickets that Australian transit visa is required for Indians since the flight is via Australian city. I had booked the tickets well in advance and had enough time to get transit visa had there been any information about it mentioned. On 1st December 2016 when we went to the Changi airport we were not allowed to board the plane as we did not have the Australian transit visa. We were told by Quantas personnel at the airport to go to the Australian embassy in Singapore to get the transit visa and that we would get it within a day. Next day we went to the embassy and found that the Australian visa is done by VFS global at a different address. When went there they informed us that Australian visa takes minimum 5 days. I had all my hotel bookings in New Zealand already done hence I had no choice to take a direct Singapore Auckland flight via Singapore Airlines at a very high price on the next day. I also lost one day of my hotel booking in Auckland and had to forfeit the money. I and my wife had to go through the psychological trauma of being refused to board the plane, then the next day running around the Australian embassy / VFS global office for trying to get the Australian transit visa and facing the uncertainty regarding our new Zealand trip which was planned well in advance for our 25th wedding anniversary"
Cons: "It was late"
Pros: "New'ish plane interior"
Cons: "4 hours delayed (with no advance warning). No continental breakfast option (only hot)."
Pros: "I really liked how my luggage didn't need to be collected at Sydney before joining my connecting flight."
Pros: "Dark and quiet for sleeping"
Cons: "After first few hours sound did not work on entertainment system. That was very disappointing for my husband who needed some serious veg-out time at the start of his much earned vacation."
Pros: "Phone customer was the best when called with questions"
Cons: "Entertaintament screen is way out of date and too small"
Cons: "Flight to go on time"
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."
Pros: "The service was good even for such a short flight (20 mins)"
Cons: "Was an old aircraft so the interior could do with updating"
Pros: "The sense of really flying!"
Cons: "Some of the turbulence."
Pros: "Friendly staff and crew. Great landing!"
Cons: "Leg room a little tight."
Pros: "25 minute flight, no need for in flight entertainment."
Cons: "Could use some more leg room."
Cons: "Limited baggage allowance , check in clerk over officious and totally unhelpful. "Safety" factor re weight used interminably, why not upgrade fleet if safety is so important ? Asked how I was to get luggage not on flight , told " not my problem , read fine print ""
Cons: "Rang 6 hours in advance to say miss a fight from Brisbane to Adelaide due to flooding in mount isa bus delayed for 3 hours and was only let know 20 minutes after bus was suppose to leave charleville . Would have been nice to get a credit."
Pros: "Beautiful polite and professional ladies air hostesses"
