Don’t get window seats. Also figure out your meals ahead of time because the flight attendants don’t talk good English and it can be hard figuring it out during the flight.

Get to your gates early, to make sure you are understanding what is being said sometimes the translations are not clear. Not their faults I’m in their country, I should learn more Thai :)

It has been an overall good experience. The advise is to get to the gate earlier because of a packed airbus. Have a lighter carry on luggage for easy overhead storage.

Greay value for money! Buy food at the airport and take it onboard with you - its not an issue at all.

Malaysian Airlines is a good option. They don't have a screen but you can connect to onboard wifi and watch onboard entertainment, movies, and music on your smartphone or tablet. Bring your headphones. Some people didn't put on headphones and disturbed others with the sound from their phones.

Make sure your hand carry has wheels so they can be drag on and off the flight easier as the flight is nine hour long.

We were pleased with the flight experience. Nothing to complain or shout about. Unfortunately the rating scale in this survey will skew the results and give a false impression of what really happened. For example, we didn’t use the entertainment system yet we are forced to reply. A far more insightful scale would include “not applicable.”

We flew business class this time. The food in their economy class is much better in general. Also only coffee, tea and orange juice is free. Beer can be bought only. Same as economy, so their business class service is poor.

Nice flight, stress-free but why bother serving a meal on a 55 minute flight. From what I saw there was a lot of waste because travellers weren't interesting in eating on this short trip. Get rid of the meal and cut the price.

Generally good. I didn't have any food on the flight so I can't make a judgement. It smelled good.

Efficient, comfortable and clean-very good flight with friendly staff and crew

On a 45 mins flight to Koh Samui from Bangkok we were served delicious shrimp pad thai and hot tea. The flight crew did an awesome job serving a full flight.

Seats are tight and leg room so small. We had deep impressions under kneecap from the seat in front. A sign that Bangkok Airways is fully aware how small it is built is the cutout in the table. Very uncomfortable for people in size 1.80 m or more.

This is my 2nd flight with this airline. Service is very good. I was surprised they served a meal on such a short flight. The airplane landed so smooth that most people were unaware the plane had just landed. About half of the people on board applauded.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of water provided. Flights are well air conditioned.

The food was inedible- The rice was hard as a rock The chicken was hard and could not chew Horrible meal. Don’t even serve it. It was an insult to think that you would have even served it.

The flight was mostly fine, but I really wished that seats had an outlet to charge devices considering the length of the flight (15 hours there and 14 hours back).

Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean

Terrible. It’s like they are stuck in the dark ages. I brought a standard carry on suitcase and a back pack - I was told I could only carry on 7kg per bag - in business class, I was forced to remove articles from the suitcase and put them into my backpack! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered in all my years of flying. The two bags weighed the same amount but one could not be more than 7kg. Holy cow.

They used Thai Smile plane, which is a smaller model and used to service only domestic flights; hence, the plane is small and quite compact. No entertainment on the flight. While boarding was delayed, it was done in a quick manner.

I give EVA 5 stars in every category. I enjoy this airline and it's great team of employees. I always highly recommend EVA to friends and family and everyone.

The flight was delayed going out of the gate at BKK that made it a difficult challenge to get through immigration transfer at tapei and make it to my departure on time. This appears to be a recurring issue. The flight crew and cabin crew were excellent. The food was very nice.

The boarding efficiency was good. A couple of the flight attendants did not seem in the best of moods. Overall it was a good experience.

The setting configuration of the aircraft stinks. Nobody should pay business class fares and be so uncomfortable. The design of facing fellow passengers is a brilliant nincompoop.

Entertainment is limited with a relatively old catalogue. Wi-Fi never works and the cabin and lavatory had evidence of a lot of scuff marks and temporary repairs. Nothing unsafe, but a bit tatty in places.

Delayed flight in Singapore caused the transfer at Bangkok to be very stressful. Fortunately, no elderly were in this trip, else it will not be possible to catch the connecting flight. There were also several occasions throughout the flight journey where some of the passengers were not wearing their seat belts despite several remainders from the stewardess.

Not good in terms of amenities. For over 6 hours they don’t even provide complementary drinks or snacks-forget about dinner or lunch.

Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.

Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

well it was a short flight so there was no food but couldnt answer that question with a N/A There was no entertainment so N/A but the flight was great and staff was number #1

Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.

Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition

Need more where chair assistant helper I request, but no one help me.

We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!

Everything was good just the part on the need to transfer via bus to plane

Around Asia, Vietjet is always my favorite airline. Great service and beautiful stewardesses :)

I get tired of Viet Jet's regular delays. I tell myself every time that I need tp switch to Air Asia, which I have, but AA doesn't always have flights when I need them. Oh well...

Worst experience, hands down. With a movable departure time it's impossible to know at what time to go to the airport. On the day of my return flight I received a kayak email informing me that my flight was bent rescheduled for an hour earlier. I literally had to run to the airport to learn it wasn't true. Never again

There were four delays over a period of 3 1/2 hours with very little advance warning. There was no explanation offered as to the reason for the delays. I hope I never have to fly a Thai Viet Jet Air again.

Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.

15kg allowance is outrageous. Change of time a few days before departure and more than 2 hours of delay in the end. The worse we’ve taken so far in Oceania.

They added the weight of my back to the carryon luggage and charged me NZ$75 for being over 7 kg.

stuck in the aircraft for over three hours due to engineering work, significantly delayed and made a lot of passengers missed the connecting transport, no mention any compensation

Very quiet plane!! One of the quietest planes we have been on.

Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.

Overall, it was good. The only concern was that I couldn't charge my phone because the USB port didn't work after we took off. One of the crew members tried to restart it but never came back to me with an update.

Comfortable seats, boarding was easy and staff were very nice.

Flight was fine but a domestic flight was called by Jetstar international. This meant going through immigration and custom scanning twice. Long queues were experienced which were frustrating. We were using a wheelchair and exit at Perth needed a scissor lift as no air bridge provided. No fast lane at Perth for wheelchair. The staff were helpful but this system is poor.

The crew were great. The seat was older than an old Holden with a big metal bar sticking right into my back. The passenger next to me complained that hers was the same. The pre purchase system for food was disappointing as the pie/quiche took 20 mins to warm up, arrived too hot and with no utensils. It was one of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever been on.
