Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.
Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.
Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.
I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment

Gate and boarding processes were handled smoothly and efficiently. Both (connecting) flights departed and arrived on time. The cabin crew seemed anxious and a bit stressed/rushed. Food service was OK, but the hot food dishes were poor quality.

Good experience although the boarding gate is at the terminal extension hence need to leave lounge to head over earlier.
Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience
I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.
The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.
Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.

We had bulkhead seats in a A380 in the upper deck in seats 31 D and E. Storage was very limited other than in overhead bin - which is not within reach when in seat. Yet paying same price as others in premium economy who have a lot more storage within arm’s reach. Seems very unfair.
I couldn't hear all of the announcements. It was nice when they put them on the screen.
I liked boarding the plane. The staff were rude, the food was appalling and the chairs the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced
Flight arrived late with no one to help over 30 people rebook. I slept at the airport.

The crew were wonderful - if only the customers were as well behaved as the attendants!! Ha ha! If you could just talk to God and ask for less turbulence next time.... Juuuuust kidding....
Flight was canceled. I was not alerted. It was only kayak that alerted me
Flight was 2.5 hours late leaving. We spent 50 minutes of that sitting on the plane with no explanation. They did reduce the time in the air so we arrived a little less late which was something. The cheese and crackers were okay but the wine was terrible.
Excellent as always, I won't fly to Australia, and back to the US on any other airline. The flight crew is always top notch, and have a way to make one feel extra special. Thank you for your service, I would rate Qantas Airways a 10+.

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.
I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.
They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault
As budget airline everything was good. Except that - boarding process can be more organised. Then if entertainment systems are not operational. Its better to keep them switch off.
Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!
