Cons: I had to claim my bag between Jetstar flights and then go through security again to my second leg....I flew from Hobart to Auckland today. So at Melbourne I spent several hours in the process Of going to claim my bag, going through security again and rechecking it. Horror...terrible experience. I will never fly Jetstar again....they do not transfer bags between the flights on their own airlines which I booked under the same ticket.

Cons: Crew in the air were fine, crew at check in was very unfriendly and tried to say I was over with baggage - 2 bags at 10kg for 2 people - I dont think so.......7kg each

Cons: Considering the media coverage of an airborne virus killing people seemingly quickly - I would have expected an airline (travelling from the genesis of the disease) to supply face masks.... the crew and other passengers expressed similar concerns, perhaps a decent consideration.

Line up for id. Line up again to surrender boarding pass. No special lines for business in Melbourne Took an hour and a half to get out of airport.

Cons: Flight time rescheduled meaning we had very little time for connecting flight. Then they checked our luggage in (weighed 8.5kg and only 7 allowed (charged $108). The booking in of the bags meant one of our party missed connecting flight. She arrived at gate while plane was still there and Capt said he would wait but ground staff over-ruled decision. Not happy.

Pros: On check in we were offered the extra legroom right at the front, with just the two of us on the row!

Pros: My seat was not kicked. No crying babies. (Neither was due to the airline).

Cons: Queue Jump was initially ignored, at gate. Flight attendant made sarcastic comments. No food to purchase, not even tea/coffee.

Pros: The crew was amazing. Super nice and acodating.

Cons: They don’t tell you that you have to pay for baggage and that if you pay at the airport it is 3x the amount! I was astonished and I felt lied to!

Cons: We did not get on the flight, there was no staff available to check in our bags. Everyone we spoke to was rude and abnoxious at Brisbane airport. The only people were lovely and helpful were the volunteers in the blue shirts who tried to direct us in the right direction. We finally got on a flight and still had to pay for it.

Pros: The Virgin online app was a great way to have access to the online flight entertainment without the need for a screen on the back of the seat in front of you. No issues with the app, worked perfectly fine once I we were up in the sky. Great idea Virgin!

Cons: The head rests in the seats need to be updated so that they are more ergonomic.

Cons: I went online to put that I needed gluten free food and when everyone else was getting their food I was told no gluten free food on domestic flights so I got no food. You need to take that option off of your website if you don’t intend to serve people with celiac.
