I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.
They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg
Boarding procedures are very tiring. We have to clear security twice for our connecting flights from Doha. Also every time we board flights we have to show boarding passes 5-6 times.
Other than low space, which is the problem with all airlines for economy class, the flight was excellent.
The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.
The seats are extremely small and very uncomfortable for a long trip , no space to even move the legs or keep the legs little bit folded, very uncomfortable
Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
Just snacks, could have more options.boarding was good. Everything else was good.

delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.
Positive: Entertainment via phone on the short was great and my first time. Good food and wine and head phones for free. Negative: Seat hardly reclined on the long flight. Breakfast was an egg with a bun. No egg choices and rather have something sweet like bun/jam and Youghurt.
The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.
We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.

There was not much effort from the airline to give a solution after flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Two days waiting at the airport for a connection unacceptable. Thanks for the experience!
I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.
Did not like the seat spacing. The seat was very narrow and tight.
United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average,
Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.
Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!
The Air Canada agent was very helpful helping with my luggage and cat carrier when I went there instead of United.
Food could be better, lie flat seats could be a little more cushioned. The business class dinner before the flight is excellent at Toronto airport
Worst airline I ever flown. Never gain. Seats are hard and narrow. 13 hour flight to Japan was torture. Basically a cattle car.
I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

I really find they have good service but need to serve meals on flights longer than 5 hours. Very cheap of them as I am a large stock holder and find they can afford it. Really like tracking my bag and the updating of flight info etc on my text and emails.
It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not
The Air Canada agents in Newark are the best in the system!
Air Canada switched my connecting flight to Alaska airlines without any communication to me. The process of finding this out, needing to leave one portion of the airport for the next and what i should have done with my luggage was not communicated to me at all. Even the Air Canada agent that noticed the airline switch at the terminal did not explain this process to me. In doing so my luggage did not arrive with me. The delay to create a claim too 2 hours.
