Business class on British Air with the Airbus 320 means the same seating as main cabin ( 3 - 3), but with the middle seat of each three-seat row blocked off to become a platform/table. This is decidedly NOT a business class experience. Other aspects of the flight were fine.

the service on Business class should be improved to be at par with industry leaders like Cathay Pacific and Singapore AIrlines. A lot of room for improvement.

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The food was bad.

Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.

it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!

Pilot kept us informed of status of slight delay. Much appreciated.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

Business Class on the Airbus A380 is definitely not worth the it!

I travel business class because I like to lie flat on the flight and sleep. I achieved that on this flight, and I really do like BA's new cubicles. As regards the rest of the experience however, I could have been in Premium Economy. The lounge was crowded, and the food/ drink in it was nothing special. The in-flight food was also nothing special, and the in-flight service was pretty perfunctory. Sorry, BA - you need to provide a better service. Cheers
