Overall, very pleased with this flight. Boarding could be better because boarding was announced without a microphone so people didn’t know to line up until we heard the staff walking around to announce it. Also, had to stand in line for 10’ before we started moving. My husband who is impatient and cannot stand for too long did not like this. The rest of the flight- crew, food, and entertainment were very good.
Boarding and deviating was mediocre. At boarding they have not prioritized Business class. During debarking they prioritized premium economy. Also bus rides both times.
This was our fourth domestic flight with Vietnam Airlines, and once again we found the experience very suitable. Check-in was easy and efficient. They did take our carry-on luggage, but that was fine. I’m actually happy not to deal with it on such a short flight. The flight was just over an hour, departed on time, and we climbed above the clouds into a beautiful sunset. Even on such a short flight, they served water, which we appreciated. Luggage came out into carousel in Nha Trang in good time and off we went to meet our GRAB. Also, Vietnam Airlines have easy to locate ground level offices in cities and towns where you can get assistance with staff. I liked this service as we did go visit one in Nha Trang. We would definitely recommend Vietnam Airlines and wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again.
This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.
Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.
There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight
Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.
The most attentive crew and although we were a little late leaving ( missing passenger) flight experience more than compensated . Best flight attendants I have flown with in 50 years !!
We had a medical emergency, needing to get to an emergency room upon landing at LAX. I let the back flight attendants know the situation. One, David, contacted the pilot, who made arrangements for EMT's to be there when we got off the plane. They went above and beyond for us. We didn't have to go through customs, as a customs person came to us and checked us right at the exit of the jet way. Another wonderful woman, a United employee at LAX, perhaps a customer service liaison, took care of our luggage situation, as we weren't going to make our connection to Bozeman. When we came back to LAX to see when we could get a flight to Bozeman, the personnel are very accommodating and booked us on the next flight out, and assigned good seats. It was a horrible flight, physically, from Sydney to LAX, , but the professionalism of all involved was excellent! We are very grateful fir the way they all stepped in and helped during a very unpleasant medical situation. Thank you!!
Good check in and helpful staff. Delayed for 1 hour. Took about 45 Mins to get baggage’s at DFW . Food was average ( Hindu meal ) . Overall it was good experience
Business seats not as comfortable or private as most competitors (e.g. Qantas was outstanding), and movie selection was much more limited than Qantas or United has been recently

The Emerits/Qantas flight was cancelled to Wellington. We need a refund. Had to buy another airline ticket. How do we get the refund. Still not in Wellington.
Enjoyed the new possibilities of in flight entertainment. Been awhile since I've flown, and that was a nice surprise. Being able to pick from such a variety was personalized and welcomed.

We were downgraded from business class to premium economy with no advance notice. The staff at the gate were extremely rude, the crew on board not very interested in our comfort, mostly stood in the galley and talked with each other. The food was about the worst I have had and the portions were small ( and I am not a big eater). altogether sbout as disappointing an experience as is possible
It was good. Just a very long stay over in China to get the second leg to London
We were taking the flight MU 8649 from Shanghai to Osaka and the original boarding gate was 20 and we didn’t receive any notification or broadcast about gate changes, and by the time we missed the original boarding time we check thr electric board and realized the gate was changed to 208 Also the flight was delayed by almost an hour and the crew member didn’t provide any explanation, after we finally boarded the aircraft was very hot, the crew member told me the air conditioning was not working and tried to calm passages down by offering iced water, all of us sat in the aircraft for another 40 mins before it finally took off

Overall I had good experience with China Southern airline. Nothing to claim. I hoped they could improve the meal quality that is.
The connection between LA and Atlanta was too much stress
The airport didn‘t give me the ticket. I called customer service to ask for a refund but they kept giving me a perfunctory response and refused to refund me.
Not good - chair back could not move back for premium economy. Not worth the price
We bought an upgrade to Business Class at the airport but did not realise that it was not the regular Business Class. The 787 Dreamliner was very dated with the seats not as comfortable as other airlines and some things were almost coming off. We were then told that because it was an upgrade at the airport, we get to sit in the BC cabin but will be served economy class food. So when everyone else got served in china ware, we were given the tray you got in economy class. The wifi does not work. It only connects to watch movies (which is the same as what you find in the ICE) but the internet does not work. The cabin crew while were friendly, were not responsive. Overall, I will never fly China Southern again.

Foreign nationals are not permitted to check in online in advance. We can only check in at the airport, so choice of seat was limited. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable location. I would expect a meal included in a flight of this duration. The food options to buy are very basic. IngiGo are a very good domestic carrier, but if they are serious about operating more international, longer haul flights, they need to improve this service to match every other airline I know.
Terrible experience at IST airport due to mismanagement by ground and wheelchair staff.
Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.
Boarding is becoming a hassle with Indigo nowadays, particularly if you are placed towards the front. The overhead luggage trays are either packed with flight equipments or already loaded by other passengers. So, if you are on front rows, your luggage may eventually end up towards middle. Food quality is going down by day. The only good element of being on time is also shaky nowadays.
Indigo attempts to make you pay for a seat during check in. I opted to not do this. The result - they allotted me and my minor son seats apart. In the interest of making maximum money, they seem to have lost common sense too. Similarly, even during the flight, the crew are busy trying to serve food to those who’ve already paid for it. By the time they’re done, it’s time to land and no one else is able to get anything. Sadly this seems to be what makes them profitable, customers just need to bear with it till a better airline comes along.
I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.
There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.
For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.
My two luggage issue during my trip from kansai osaka to Shanghai. 1st booked tickets online, a iliitle hard time to follow all questions when I booked tickets. I haven't selected 2 luggage so that Spring Airline of osaka crew charged $181 US Dollar with my 2 luggage fee. Also, crew member mentioned I maybe be able to get money some back because I should got differe rate, the rate of luggage should was matched with tickets I ordered from edreams. I did try to access edream at the day I was changing my boarding pass. Therefore, I hope Kayak if can help me getting some my luggage fees back, I will appreciate a lot. Thank you, Jie egusa
This is a terrible airline. Worst seats I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!
