Crew was very nice and friendly

They changed the gate 3 times and we along with many others almost missed our flight. Charged us a high fee to check in our luggage and the seats were the smallest and tightest out of any airline I have ever flown with.

I made online check-in, paying the bags and seats in advance (additional total HKD 544 for two person). However I missed the check-in for bags with 5 minutes. They refused to take the bags and told us, we can get on the plane without bags if we want. They did not show us any solution so we missed the plane and have to buy ticket for the next day for almost the same price. For that plane they accepted the payment for bags but refused to give the priority seats which I have payed for the plane that I did not board. Be aware that they do everything to charge you extra money!!!

The checking was rude confusing unpleasant. It’s as if they want d to humiliate us. Completely unnecessarily horrible.

Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap.

Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional.

Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers.

Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

Boarding was a breeze and efficient- plane was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful! Good leg room too! Thank you!

They serve food on a 90 minute flight.

Good leg room! Fairly efficient boarding but take off delayed due to weight distribution of baggage weight, but crew kept is informed and though a fairly big delay in take off, arrival time aas great! Thank you!

The flight was d Kaye’s 5 hours ! We didn’t arrive in Hong Kong until 11pm

It got me to my destination and was fairly on time.

They charged for everything, even drinks (non-alcoholic) for a 3+ hour flight from Hong Kong direct to Phuket. It wasn't so bad that food/drinks weren't included. It's that they clearly said not to bring food/drinks from "outside" that bothered me most.

Sat in takeoff queue on runway for 25 mins due to traffic. Not the airlines fault however!. Budget flight and you get what you pay for. Would happily recommend and use again.

Squeezy legroom.

I got really lucky and got an entire row to myself so I had a great flight. The flight basically left on time and they didn’t lose my luggage so I’d say it was a successful flight.

You don’t get free food or drink, which can be frustrating if you don’t know that before you board. They also changed the gate right before the flight was suppose to board which was stressful, but that could’ve been the airport’s fault.

No room for legs Flight was delayed without any information at the gate My wife was at a differtn row even if there was a free seat next to me. I had to pay to next to her during check-in.

Notification of delayed flight wrong.

Never been on a flight before, where the pilot pushed back whilst people were still taking their seats. Not very safe!

Old and worn out

Food is not appetizing. There were only meat or chicken to choose from. Need to have an option for fruits only.
