Not enough space to accommodate everyone's cabin luggage
Flight home had an open middle seat

Nothing in particular. I guess crew was polite
THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.
They never let me board, and did not tell me why. Not money back. Terrible customer service
Everything but the food.
The hot meal was awful! Even the stewardess wasn't sure what some of it was!
Nothing to hate
The staff and pilot kept us informed of what was happening with our delay. The flight attendants were very nice.
The flight was 1 hour late.
Boarding super easy, the crew was friendly, and the seats were relatively comfortable. Lots of leg room (exit row).
Crew was a little too friendly with passengers, resulting in an unprofessional demeanor. Danish women on the plane were rowdy and the crew laughed along with them instead of politely asking them to turn it down (late night flight).
I did not receive any notice of cancelation.
My flight from Copenhagen to Washington was cancelled. I was returned from Copenhagen to London. No one apologized.
