Good! Although I wish I didn’t have to check my bag at the gate, when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for the bag.

The cabin stewart took care of my garment bag and then made sure I did not forget it on my way out. The stewardess gave me water after I missed the earlier service (I was asleep). I received good service overall.
Everything was fine within the parameters of flying full aircraft. My only small regret was that the non-meal, "snack" type food options had 90% medium to high sodium items. They looked appetizing, but many, if not most older Americans are restricted in sodium intake, so maybe one low/no sodium option would entice people to buy them. I brought my own food. The staff, on-time and aircraft quality were great, as usual for Alaska.
Shorten up the country? All joking aside, it was fine. Thank you very much.

Flights were delayed for hours. Once boarded, we were left sitting on the tarmac for too long. I had to reschedule some flights despite scheduling over a 2 hr layover between flights. I ended up running thru the airport both times. I missed getting a meal at the airport and airline required pre-orders for meals so I was starved and exhausted when I finally arrived at my destination 6 hrs later than planned. I hope I don’t have to fly again soon. This was tortuous.
Seats are crowded & tight. Flight attendants were nice enough. Flights were on time.

The flight duration is 1.5 hours. Besides the point of 2h late…
They delayed the flight 30 minutes. There was an open gate right next to our gate that could have been used without delay. Boarding is a pain. You should be better and faster with no reason to wait in the sky Bridge at entry.
It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth
Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.
Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska
The boarding process was terrible especially with an indirect flight Chicago to Seattle to San Diego was terrible talking about we overbooked a flight idk if I’d take this airline ever again we got off our flight from Chicago to Seattle and we traveled for business and they told us our connecting flight was over booked and their was no seats asking people to take a delayed next flight and they don’t tell anyone coughing to wear masks seats 30A-B were terrible during the flight no one wants to sit next to people coughing all around I don’t want to be sick traveling for work or get sick anytime it’s very upsetting the staff doesn’t take this stuff serious to tell them to wear masks when they see people coughing and sneezing
Flight was on time, the crew was personable & professional, & the plane arrived early which was nice.
This flight landed early, but deplaned late. We were stuck sitting and waiting for a gate for over an hour

I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.
Delta needs to step up the meals and snacks. They have been serving the same two meals for three years.... It is time to change it up.

Always like Jet Blue! It seems, however, that people are getting bigger & seats are getting smaller! We had a very full flight and I couldn't get an aisle seat like I always do. I wish there were more leg room. People sitting next to me were very nice though so it was fine to disturb them if I needed to use the restroom. Otherwise the flight was fine but a bit long.
For some reason, the seats on this flight seemed unusually uncomfortable. Speaking with friends who took another JetBlue flight later in the day, they brought up the same issue.
None of the in flight Direct TV worked. A better selection of Shows would have been better. The baggage was s low. Otherwise we enjoyed our flight!

JetBlue has really gone downhill. They have all the problems without the discounted price. If you need to get anywhere in time, this is no longer the airlines for you
Seat was surprisingly comfortable and roomy. I like the onboard “pantry”. Lavatory was kept very clean.
Flight was delayed 30 minutes, but otherwise was terrific. We used our points to upgrade to Mint for the first time which was a fun & comfortable. Josh & Kori were very attentive & genuinely cared about our comfort.
