Pros: "The crews were very polite and efficient."
Cons: "The seats were excellent, but the storage and configuration below the Airbus equivalents."

Cons: "The most uncomfortable experience ever! I was disturbed and/or woken up several times, during flight, by the flight attendances to place my seat in the upright position to accommodate the person sitting behind me who either wanted to drink alcoholic beverages every hour on the hour."

Pros: "Great crew and good food."
Cons: "Delayed departing."

Pros: "Good seat, great service. Typical quality QANTAS flight - perfect"
Cons: "Maybe the seat could have been more comfortable."

Pros: "A basic US domestic flight"
Cons: "Entertainment, wifi, better food options, more room and comfort. Basically, more like Qantas"

Pros: "Good food and entertainment"
Cons: "Timely"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "That I was rebooked for a flight I showed up to before it took me off. Literally people that showed up after me got on the plane"

Cons: "Qantas is a great airline and I enjoy flying with them. I happened to have two seat mates on either side of me who took up more than their share of the seat, making my flight rather uncomfortable."

Pros: "Crew was very good"
Cons: "Not enough leg room for a 6’2” tall person."

Pros: "Food was ok."
Cons: "More information about the ongoing delays. Cabin crew seemed aloof."

Pros: "Everything went well. boarding and check in."
Cons: "Seat spacing: way too close in economy. When person in front puts seat back, could not stand up to get out of seat. Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Cons: "No complaints"

Pros: "Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable . As usual not enough toilets!! The boarding in Jnb was the usual security schlepp but all in all no complaints and I will certainly fly this route and use this carrier again."
Cons: "Not enough toilets on board - peolequeing forever to get a chance, really tough on the parents with children."

Pros: "Food and comfort of the seat"
Cons: "The USB charger, the whole entertainment, anything on the remote including light control and bell, stopped working! I wasn't given enough attention, i had to chase the crew a few times, it was a 14 hour flight with nothing working, miserable experience. I was offered a window seat, which i hate, without considering to give me an upgrade. I was given 5,000 Qantas points, i don't know if they can be moved to my AVIOS."

Pros: "The 787 dreamliner does an excellent job flying, with reduced cabin noise."
Cons: "The passengers with a small child behind us were very noisy and bumping/pushing into our seat-backs way too much. The boarding was a bit chaotic. Defining the boarding sequence based on row numbers should help."

Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Needs vegetarian options"

Pros: "Excellent in-flight service"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "Why have priority baggage when it doesn’t seem to work, except in inverse proportions"

Pros: "All inside the realm of the expected"
Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable"

Pros: "Rob Cumming was the supervisor crew for our section. He was very good at trying to compensate for the big problems that Qantas had created for us."
Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."

Pros: "Cabin crew were helpful and updated us on connections in Melbourne (although they wouldn't have needed to do this if the flight hadn't have left late)."
Cons: "Flight was late and this was significant as I had a tight connection in Melbourne. There did not seem to be a good reason it was late as the aircraft was already at Launceston. They just towed it to the gate late! No announcements were made as to the lateness of the flight until the departure time had actually passed."

Pros: "Crew were generally friendly."
Cons: "Food was appalling. Told I had no choice and then what I got was inedible. Wine selection very small also. Two toilets for all of Business Class - always busy, super small and really substandard."

Pros: "Dreamliner plane"

Pros: "This flight was delayed and caused significant disruption to the remainder of our travel plans. We missed our next two flights and had to forfreit the cost of a hotel."

Cons: "I left my jacket on the plane and didn't notice until I'd gone through customs (about 20 minutes after leaving the plane). There was NO way to contact Quantas or go back or do anything to get my clothing back. No one at the airport had any suggestions for me. The airport phone that dialed Quantas was only for frequent flyer point inquiries. I have now been trying for a full day (three phone calls with zero helpfulness) to see if anything can be done. I understand that I made the mistake of forgetting my items but the 17 hour flight left me a bit spacey. I am super frustrated."

Pros: "All the services"

Pros: "Friendly customer service crew, nice amenities kit, and quick boarding."
Cons: "Old aircraft (737) let’s down a good company and frequent flyers."

Pros: "Actually had wonderful vegan food for us. Express lane through customs/security. Separate biz check-in that actually worked. Good entertainment. Qantas Biz Lounge about the best lounge I've been in - just wonderful."
Cons: "Cant think of a thing."

Pros: "Great flight. Staff very friendly. Good food too!"
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "Again, cabin crew is friendly and no last minute gate changes,"
Cons: "The food was gross, which could be a just a cultural difference in food tastes. There were no functioning USB charger ports on the return flight even though the ports were present. No wifi, which is a first. Most airlines I fly on these days always have some type of wifi. Lastly, the 'touch-screen' on the seat for entertainment barely worked. Buttons didn't work no matter how much you touched them. There was a delay and the selection of movies and tv were pathetic. I will not be flying Qantas again."

Cons: "Delay"

Cons: "They do not offer any options to passengers who have allergies i.e Onion and Garlic"

Pros: "Staff was very accommodating"

Pros: "Plane, when I boarded, at least in Coach, smelled like vendors hot-dog water. Took an hour and a half to be offered a drink of anything other than a bottle water. By the end of the flight, trash in the aisles, lavatories were nasty."
Cons: "See above"

Pros: "Very accommodating for such a long flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system was down causing the plane to be delayed 70 min in an already 15 hour long flight."

Cons: "You charged me twice in my credit card the Ticket from Adelaide -Melbourne and Melbourne-Sydney"

Pros: "Good food great service nice and friendly staff"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Friendly service, reasonable food"

Pros: "Food is good and plenty Great entertainment selection Helpful crew"
Cons: "Seats are like most airlines, close tgether and not much leg room"

Pros: "Helpful staff, good vegetarian foods"

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Food was nothing special. Cheese and crackers"

Pros: "The crew was attentive, the plane clean, snack bar"
Cons: "Not enough room to stretch a bit and stand on such a long flight."

Cons: "The flight boarded 30 mins after it said it would on the boarding pass, and then was delayed further by an ill passenger. We ended up leaving about 60-90 minutes late."

Pros: "Very well organized. Crew is very friendly. Lots of little perks on the flight that many other companies don't provide."

Pros: "Entertainment system was good as usual"
Cons: "No food on plane due to issues after extended delay Woke up 4 1/2 hours before flight due to land with a frozen orange juice and a muffin. Too much wind to land and a final vomitus landing. Not the best."

Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Flight attendants were more interested in socializing with each other than working. More interested in talking about what they were going to do in NY. They were not neatly dressed as compared to others Quantas crew members on other flights, before our meal was served they were eating rolls before serving us. Changing flights was a mess, getting your bags, going though customs, picking up bags and having to go so far in the airport to go check in again was disorganized. Food was not good, fish was fishy, worst meal in three weeks of traveling off and on plans in and out of AU."

Pros: "I loved being able to track my flight on board and the landing. That was very neat."

Cons: "Seats did not fully recline in business class"

Pros: "I liked how you didnt have to upgrade your ticket to receive food or movies, it just comes standard."
