Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had to wait 8 hours for the next flight. They provided me with no food no water. Completely ridiculous!!! Never fly on this airline.
Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right
Turkish Airlines is a solid airline. They use the less trustworthy Boeing airplanes on this route (VCE-IST) so the flights more bumpy then when I have flown on Airbus planes, but it was okay. The service good. They seem to offer a reasonable selection if movies, although no way to listen to them as they didn't provide me earpieces. The food was surprisingly good. The day was uncomfortable. The flight was on time.
Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
They have adopted a crazy "no paper boarding passes at all cost policy". We spent half an our at the checkin stall – my elderly mother and her grandchildren were flying. She had no phone reception for some reason (besides being an inexperienced smartphone user), the kids had dumbphones, And they still won't issue a paper boarding pass. We had to do a lengthy dance with getting the boarding pass SMS on my phone and transferring them to her phone via WiFi. This was horrible, honestly. I can't imagine how they could manage it without me being there. Trees (and airline profits) should be less important than people.
Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.
I liked the crew, the food and the foot space. I did not like the comfort of the seats.

Ethiad wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 checked bags on a ticket that was $550. Nother the airline or airfare assist was willing to help before arriving at the airport. All parties said it was the other responsibility to help. Never flying ethiad or using kayak again.
Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
The crew could have been more friendly and could have offered to make the beds. Also, Ethiad should have more vegetarian food options.
Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again
There was not any issues with the Etihad Airways. Staff was excellent and I love the variety of movies and games that they provided.
