It was crowded… the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The seats have been made even smaller.
Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
We were experiencing delayed for 4 hours and of course they took us to Turkish airlines lounge but we could not rested up since there is no bedroom. It was tiring and long day for us🙏 Especially we didn’t fly until 5:45am morning for Miami🙏😢
Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had to wait 8 hours for the next flight. They provided me with no food no water. Completely ridiculous!!! Never fly on this airline.
Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right
Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.
I liked the crew, the food and the foot space. I did not like the comfort of the seats.
Early arrival. Good boarding. Deplaning this flight is very slow both coming and going. Baggage arrived quickly for Pearson
Ethiad wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 checked bags on a ticket that was $550. Nother the airline or airfare assist was willing to help before arriving at the airport. All parties said it was the other responsibility to help. Never flying ethiad or using kayak again.
Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
The crew could have been more friendly and could have offered to make the beds. Also, Ethiad should have more vegetarian food options.
Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again
There was not any issues with the Etihad Airways. Staff was excellent and I love the variety of movies and games that they provided.
