Better to not serve food if those are the options

The long delay was the worst part of the flight.

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

A marvelous flight experience, from boarding to landing. The full length stretch out seating was excellent. The meals were some of the best in-flight meals I have ever experienced. The cabin attendants were thoughtful and kind. One of the best flights I have ever taken.

Everything could be better, the worst is the crew, looks like they are not happy in the work. Air Canada is downhill for years, every flight looks worst. Hope they can fix the issues, by now, just flying AC in toutes with no other alternatives. Shame.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle
