Pros: "The big snow storm cause a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD, which made me missed my connection flight. Iberia didn't honor its responsibility to find me a connection flight and had no idea where my luggage was. I ended up paying for a train ticket with Renfe from MAD to VLC."
Cons: "It is insane that Iberia didn't help me at all. Iberia should honor its responsibility to ensure the customer have a connection flight when there was a delay due to weather. They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC."

Cons: "Boarding a disaster. Flight delayed because crew had to offload hand luggage for 10 minutes. This should have been handled at check in or at the gate. Seat comfort way beyond a joke and they call themselves a premium airline. Food was out in row 4!!!! Seriously!!! Arrival at Heathrow, jetty broken and more delay."

Pros: "There was a guy snoring before we even took off in the air and the cabin crew told him it waa disturbing some passengers and I was so grateful for that!"
Cons: "I missed the food trolly when I went to the loo because the journey only took an hour!"

Pros: "There was a lot of carry on luggage on this flight, like the one from Denver to Heathrow, but it was handled in a much better manner. We were invited to board early if we check in our carry on luggage. During the boarding process the crew gave continious reminders to place items under the seat which fit there, This lead to a very smooth boarding process."
Cons: "No basic drinks and snacks were offered. Of cousrse, meal type foods cost money, but it should be possible to provide something to drink on or snack."

Cons: "Plane was late to arrive so we were delayed about 30 min. However we had sufficient notice from BA and KAYAK regarding the changes."

Cons: "Plane was delayed and I didn't like the $60 baggage check in fee. That's ridiculous. Airplane comfort in economy class is always medium. The main gripe is the $60 cost for the one suitcase."

Pros: "The way the crew interacts with passengers one has the feeing that we were all one big family! Special hats off to Freedy who worked on this flight on my way to Canada and was very interactive with us , he made us felt really welcoming , as long as he has to give us his service , Staff keep up the good work. All of you did a fantastic job . Pilot did a great job a few pot holes that was out of his control but all in all a great flight"

Cons: "I am a student and my first time to aberdeen. Lost my bagage .. in otherwords did not receive it!!"

Pros: "We enjoyed the entertainment, the food, (dinner, snacks, ice cream, juice and wine) the service and the crew. After our flight from Madrid to London we were expecting the worse as that flight was dismal. We were pleasantly surprised that this flight was on a clean plane with great amenities."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled, but after I took another flight, I was notified that my flight had merely been postponed for half an hour. By this time, I'd already missed my train in Frankfurt, creating hours of extra travel time and huge inconvenience after an already long trip from the US. British Airways said the cancellation had been due to weather, but skies were clear from London to Frankfurt. I'll never fly BA again."

Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........"

Cons: "The boarding crew from Edinburgh did not allow me to bring my carry on despite it being very light and within size restriction. They said this was because the plane was already full with others' luggage and could not handle my bag for safety. Had to shove my things in a Tesco carrier bag and in my daughters small backpack on wheels. The backpack broke later as it was not made to carry more than a few books. And to top it off, the suitcase I was made to check never made it on my connecting flight to Chicago. I am still waiting for it to be delivered 36 hours later. This suitcase is virtually empty. Well, it's actually carrying a pair of sunglasses and my phone charger. totally inconvenienced and the crew saved the plane from being dangerously overloaded by an empty suitcase. Absolute nonsense."
