Narrow narrow narrow aisles: so bad your little carts used by rushing, bashing, crashing cabin attendants left my arm (on the aisle) bruised and black & blue. The person in the seat next to mine had an INOPERABLE ENTERTAINMENT SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. The crew was constantly racing back & forth up and down the aisles bashing into chairs, people, what ever... because the aisles were SO TINY."

If you are 5ft 5 and above person, I honestly would suggest you buy extra legroom for comfortable purposes. Also, there is like 1 restroom on the whole plane and if you sot at the end, you are screw. Lets not forget that they delayed our flights like 4 hours and only gave us 1 voucher for snack. I don’t expect the experience will be fancy but this is a total disappointment!"

That being said, the crew were attentive to passengers and the meals were reasonable. The seats were more comfortable than on LOT and Austrian. There were quite a few decent choices among the media during the flight."

Once I noted that I was logged on, I tried to see if I could do other stuff before quickly logging off. It seems like it was totally worthless."

The food was poor and the service was worse- i pressed my call button for a drink mid-flight and it kept getting cancelled without a steward coming. Finally, after pressing the call button about 10 times a steward came and begrudgingly brought me a drink. Choice of movies was poor."

I had to wonder if the walk across the tarmac between the 2 airplanes would have been shorter than the walk in the airport?"
Cons: "Greek managers who hate Macedonian flyers. On purpose he took our carry-on bags for check-in when I said that I had things that can be broken inside. Both bags were bellow 8 kg and we ware family of 3. Our bags were approved by Luftansa on check-in an we have them as carry-on bags from SFO. Two precious trophies was broken because of this. He did this when he saw our Macedonian passport although first the Luftansa lady said bags are ok. I will never fly with Agean Luftansa ever again."

This was a rough one. The flight itself was fine, and it was nice to have a little Austrian culture on the way to the US. Check-in with Lufthansa at the Munich airport was very unsatisfying - even worse than checking in to a US domestic flight. Long lines, rude service - the first time in my life that I've had an airport check-in person proactively criticize me. And on top of that, they lost my luggage between Vienna and Newark. I waited at the baggage claim area until all the bags were off, and only at the very end did I discover my bags weren't there. By then it was too late to make my connecting domestic flight, even though I had a nearly two hour layover in Newark. A storm was blowing across the northeast, and the lines to change to a new flight were 50 people long. I ended up spending the night (on my own nickel) at an airport hotel and continuing my flight the next day. Even with an 18 hour delay they still hadn't found a way for my luggage to catch up to me. Overall, a pretty lousy experience.

Cons: "My father and I were seated in biz class but were unable to sleep because of a fan noise directly over our seats in Row 9. We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Cons: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

Cons: "I travelled from KUL to JFK with transit at Abu Dhsbi. Nightmarish transit in Abu Dhabi. Three intrusive security screenings (why three?). At some point they take away your boarding pass and make you sit in a hall for about half an hour (with similar 'criminals') with no access to bathrooms without telling you why. Then they call your name to return the boarding pass ( which was a problem for me because I am hearing challenged). Not sure this special treatment is reserved for just brown skinned travellers"

When I said that there were no questions when I carried it from NY to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Melbourne two weeks ago, he says that the policy was changed last week. Gave a hell of a bad time but finally allowed. These people don't know the policies and just harass customers."

Pros: "Unfortunately our flight from London to Abu Dhabi was delayed and we missed our connection through to Melbourne. However because of the way they hsndled this the delay turned out to be a blessing! Etihad put us up for the 12hour daytime delay in the magnificent Marriot Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The communication and transfer were handled very well. It was a painless process and we got to enjoy a lovely rest before being transferred back to the airport and flying home. Pretty much a faultless experience and one that would see me fly Etihad again without hesitation."
Cons: "Whilst the food at the hotel was amazing, the same cannot be said for the plane! The food was very ordinary. The chicken pie was barely edible. In terms of seating, the seats are pretty standard long-haul fare. There is limited room but the issue is cushioning. They feel pretty hard and it was difficult to be comfortable."
Cons: "They only had vegeterian options for the most part even when the expectation is that they would have at least some meat choices. They ran out of the meat options quickly. The crew was very nice though and arranged for a chicken meal at the end"

When coming to online checkin these guys had some server issues and I don't know how it's possible but some one was able to login to my checkin and ordered a wheelchair for me that was little embarrassing"

They are not partners and suffer from lack of communication or processes to manage any issues, just pass the buck. Awful experience."

Cons: "My backpack zipper got caught in another passenger luggage in the over head holdall. The crew member tried to separate it while the owner of the other bag complained about me like I’d done it rather than it being the bags moving themselves during the flight. The flight attendant ripped my bag zipper in order to separate the bags. The other passengers bag was not damaged. He tried to fix it but dropped the zip and then pretended it was okay putting it back in the holdall. Kind of unhappy that my new back pack was damaged"

We double checked our seats 19 hours before the flight, show up and the plane was switched we now have an aisle and a middle seat for the 8 he flight. Very stressful. Had to get up a LOT."

Cons: "The overhead luggage bins near my seat on my LAX-LHR flight were too small to accomodate my European standard carry-on, which meant that another passenger and I had to store our luggage three sections away before there was an empty bin big enough. I understand the need for different sized bins, especially since our seats were up against the galley, but I felt a little unsupported by the crew. They basically just told us, "walk down far enough and you'll find something"--this was true but not exactly helpful. It's a small thing, but I think maybe if you warned passengers sitting in seats with smaller bins ahead of time, that would help make things smoother, since another stressor was that we didn't find places for our luggage until it was almost time for takeoff."

Cons: "The tickets were never purchased at British Airways. I showed up at the airport and nobody had a record of me ever purchasing tickets. By the time we realized that kayak had not transferred funds to the airline, the plane had left and I had to completely re-book my trip at triple the cost. I will be disputing charges and contacting fraud services to resolve this issue."
