Pros: Basic flight... likedthe tomato juice and snack mix
Cons: Announcements startled me every time due to volume
Pros: I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time.
Cons: The comfortability and that’s rear even if I had the middle seat. I had it on my way towards Alaska and didn’t have any issue
Pros: We got on we took off and arrived on schedule just as it should be.
Pros: Good snacks. Nice crew. Nice seats.
Cons: Pay WiFi? JetBlue does it for free..
Pros: We got on we took off and arrived as scheduled. Just as it should be.
Pros: The 777 is excellent. Service very friendly. Food is good. One leg flight is super good
Cons: Apparently the pilots are allowed to smoke on these long flights. In this trip it was not bad but on previous flights it was really bad
Pros: Better staff than normally, which was both surprising and pleasant. Flight made it on time for the changeover in Zurich, which is very important.
Cons: Extra charge for luggage - it showed up in the itinerary only after everything has been paid for. And even the paid suitcase allowed 23 kg only. It has been just over TEN years ago that you had two suitcases at 32 kg each included in price! Does the airline seriously believe that you can travel around the world with just a swim trunk in your pocket? This policy is an insult to any world traveller. We do not all go into an all-inclusive resort! The only drink offered during the flight was plain water, again a step down from before where they also offered others, e.g. orange juice. Seating - now that big persons have the right for two seats for the price of one, when will the same rational apply to tall people?
Pros: Meals, comfort, polite staff
Pros: Flight and service was very good
Cons: Crew showed up late and we subsequently were delayed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
