Pros: "The first flight (Perth to Melbourne) was delayed 45 minutes and left the bay at 2:20am. Bother flights were on an old A320 plane, so no TV, seat pockets, plug sockets or USB outlets. I was also informed that I had to pick my luggage up at baggage claim in Melbourne and re-Check-in even though I had booked through to Ayers Rock. The re-check-in is a way to get money from clients because I was charged $60AUD for an overweight baggage. Strange, because I was never asked about it in Perth."

As a result, I called them to notify them I would not be able to make the flight and asked to switch flights. After explaining the situation, they refused to waive the flight change fee and even charged additional fees even though I had no control of the situation. They took advantage of the situation I was forced into and have no ethics. Absolute garbage."

Cons: "Jetstar is cheap and terrible. We were charged $160 dollars to check small, carry-on sized bags we had expected to take on board with us. This is 4 times the price on their website; that price is no longer available once you're at check-in. The service was slow and inefficient. Even after checking in online we still had to wait in line to check in at the counter. This took ages since at least 5 or 6 other people were having issues with Jetstar, like us. The flight itself was cramped (I'm a shorter woman and had almost no leg room) and there were no complimentary drinks or snacks for our 4 hour flight. We opted for Jetstar because it's the cheapest option, but ended up having to pay more than we would have for a much nicer flight with another airline."

Way to nickel and dime and jeopardize our health with bacteria filled water that is not in a sealed bottle."

Pros: "I liked that Jetstar communicated with me and kept me informed about what was happening with my flights. I liked that the Jetstar staff in Sydney helped me to get a room for the night, the hotel people were helpful and friendly, the shuttle bus drivers were helpful and friendly. I liked that Qantas helped me transfer my Jetstar cancelled flight to QF148, so I was able to fly Auck to SYD. I did like that Jetstar provided free in-flight entertainment to all passengers after the flight form SYD - DPS was dallied 3 hours on departure."
Cons: "I didn't like that my Jetstar flight was cancelled and I missed my connecting flight to Denpasar. I didn't like that I lost a whole day of my holiday due to the flight cancellation, I missed my pick up transfer from DPS airport to my hotel in Ubud late at night, and I was not refunded my night's booked accomodation at my Ubud hotel. I didn't like that I had to go through immigration, pick up my baggage in SYD before I could get to the Jetstar counter to connect with my flight to DPS. because of this delay I missed my connecting flight. I did not like that My one day delayed connecting flight from SYD to DPS was delayed a further 3 hours departing from Sydney."

Cons: "We couldn't check in until an hour before boarding and weren't allowed to take the 2 carry-on bags each as advertised. Had to repack quickly to get the things that had to be hand carried (CPAP's, cameras, medicines, etc.) into the backpacks and then got charged $28/bag for the 2 bags that should have been carry-on. Unimpressed."

Pros: "This flight was fine. But no one ever ask me to review our flight from Sydney to Christchurch. That was a nightmare. We had a six hour delay, and zero information from anyone at the Jetstar desk. We stood in line for a half hour waiting to check in when we got there though They said Ha didn't anyone tell you that flight is delayed for six hours? And sent us away. We arrived in Christchurch at 3:30 AM where we had to check out of our hotel by 10 AM two hours sleep lots of fun. Great way to start a vacation in New Zealand."

Cons: "The baggage fees were ridiculously pricey! As travelers coming from the States with an infant, we did not know at the time how many bags we would check though we knew it would be at least 1. Unlike flights in the States that we are used to, if you did not specify that you would check a bag at the time of purchase ( we purchased 1 month in advance!), what would normally cost you maybe $40 cost us $140! For this reason, we will either not recommend this flight or warn our friends if they insist on flying Jetstar. Also, the leg room was horrible on the flight/"
