Good flight. On time. No problems. Plane was clean. Service was as you would expect. However nothing special, just a good flight.

Good flight. On time. No problems. Plane was clean. Service was as you would expect. However nothing special, just a good flight.

Plane was late and they wouldn’t check our bags through to Tokyo

Checked Baggage line up was long but moved quickly, rest of the process, boarding, crew was excellent

Virgin changed the flight to an Alliance flight. Smaller plane, tea coffee and water the only refreshments available and not sure what happened to the extra money I paid to sit in a selected seat with extra leg room. This is obviously a regular switch as it happened on our flight there and back. Do not recommend.

Late boarding, late departure due to weather and slow boarding, packed 5+hour flight, only 2 toilets for main cabin, tight leg room, no free food except tea, coffee, and water, arrived 75 minutes late.

Cramped, crowded flight, with no complimentary food except coffee, tea, or water.

Boarding was smooth after a 25 min delay. Notification of delay could be more efficient and change in boarding gate was not notified on the flights board or app.

I did not use the in flight entertainment, but the selection appeared to be decent. Take off was delayed, but otherwise the process was uneventful.

Virgin Australia passed this flight onto Alliance, so my rating and comments are based on my experience with crew, aircraft and available options. Alliance only offers drinks which consisted of tea, coffee and water, free of charge. There was no on board entertainment. The aircraft seating although narrow accommodated my 6 foot 2 body with little discomfort.

When the flight is full out would be good to allow the use of the front toilet as well as the rear. Otherwise it was an uneventful flight.

I missed my flight due to unforeseen circumstances It was, however , an excellent price !

Qantas is always subpar beyond comfy chairs for a domestic flight

A few more inches of legroom is all i ask

Airline running better than post Covid, proper boarding process now implemented, some aircraft feeling a bit old and tired, crew fine, online experience better.

The old Plane had not been cleaned properly in a long time.

Boarding was over 3 hrs late and we didn’t land until almost 1:30am

After British Airways cancelled my London to Sydney and Virgin Australia refused to refund, there was no ways I would try Virgin Australia again, so it was Qantas - what a good flight experience. So much easier to get off an international flight and get a local flight without having to add extra amounts for baggage

The plane was delayed about 3 hours so anything else is immaterial

For a long haul, the flight was good. We left an hour late due to a seat in business class not working. But they made up time and we still got in on time or even early thanks to tailwinds. The crew was friendly. The meals were okay, nothing special.

The seats are too close together and are smaller than they used to be. Makes for a cramped experience.

Jet star delayed both trips with poor communication. Passengers were made to change gates often and then left to stand with no seating. As someone getting over surgery this was very trying.

Very quiet plane!! One of the quietest planes we have been on.

Comfortable seats, boarding was easy and staff were very nice.

The crew were great. The seat was older than an old Holden with a big metal bar sticking right into my back. The passenger next to me complained that hers was the same. The pre purchase system for food was disappointing as the pie/quiche took 20 mins to warm up, arrived too hot and with no utensils. It was one of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever been on.

I got what I paid for - flight was clean, staff were friendly

The flight was over an hour late due to staff shortages and due to it being the last evening flight, I got back to Sydney very late

This was the most horrific experience we have ever had. I would advise people to steer clear of this airline at all costs.

The plane was new. There are two rows of business 2 x 2, but the seat pitch is the same as the rest of the plane (3 x 3). Carry ons must be weighed and tagged before boarding. Do this at home to avoid nasty surprises.

Every single one of my flight were delayed. On top of that when I asked for water I didn’t get it the first time. I had to ask for it multiple of time.

They experienced problems with the opening of the front door when we flew into Adelaide
