Pros: "The presence and attitude of the flight attendants were highly pleasant and accommodating. The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."
Cons: "Really the only issue was there was a 2 hour delay on departure, however this was due to issues out of control of the airline and I did not mind as the airline's ambience and my experience with it overshadowed any delays."

Crew unresponsive with drink and food requests, I had to ask for services multiple times on several occasions. Pressing my 'attendant button' my light was lit for 10 minutes before a crew member noticed. My first trip on Singapore, my expectations were not met. Shame"

They lost my bags. In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

Cons: "We were supposed to fly back to Los Angeles from Tokyo on Wednesday, August 24th. We got to Tokyo Narita a little later than planned due to the Narita Express train being delayed. I had received emails that our flight had changed gates, and was then delayed, but when my sister and I went to check into our flight, we were told we were unable to board because it was too late. I thought it was absurd because the flight had not even started boarding, and I had gotten an email saying it was delayed. We tried to reason with them, but they would not let us on the flight. It was imperative that we got back to Los Angeles on Wednesday, but all our plans were ruined due to them bumping us off the flight. My sister had a connecting flight to Boston, which she then had to reschedule and was charged for. We were stuck another night in Tokyo, where we had to spend money on a hotel. The Singapore Airlines attendants eventually informed us that we could get on a flight the next day. This delayed us by 24 hours, which was highly inconvenient. It was also especially unnecessary since due to the flight being delayed, we would have absolutely been able to make it. I do not appreciate being bumped off of a flight due to airlines wanting to make more money, especially being stuck overseas. Its not like it was a domestic flight where we could just hop on another one in the next few hours, this totally derailed all of our plans. I do not appreciate the inflexibility of the Singapore Airlines agents, and this is not an experience that makes me want to recommend flying with Singapore Airlines. I appreciate that they did not charge us, however it was a major inconvenience that could have simply been avoided by better customer service and understanding."

Pros: "Overall, the Singapore Airlines team are always professional and friendly. They pay attention to every detail and try to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. One of my favorite things about this airline is that snack and juice are readily available throughout the entire flight without bothering the flight attendants, say in the middle of the night. This includes fresh fruit and juice, which in my book is a huge plus. Their bathrooms are always clean and include extra cosmetic amenities."
Cons: "Sometimes I feel like the cuisine is a bit too Asian and spicy. I had the fish curry and paid for it later in the flight in the bathroom, if you know what I mean. Also I was disappointed that I could not continue the same movie on this flight, as my previous flight, despite both flights being Singapore Air and using the KrisWorld entertainment system. I think the movies should be the same on each flight. However, the wide selection was great and I watched something else instead and really enjoyed the music selection."

There were no automated check-in kiosks. you can imagine the chaos. Unfriendly tellers too. On the way back I was selected for a strip search when I checked in at the gate. So was my husband, but he wasn't told of this until he Was boarding and his ticket beeped on scanning. There was no room for our carry on, because we boarded so late. Annoying."

Cons: "What is there not to like about KLM? I cannot find anything."

Pros: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."
Cons: "Nothing. This is filler text to meet min characters."

Pros: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."
Cons: "my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to."

Pros: "Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!"

Pros: "- entertainment systen was OK (movies), but has no current news - food was good - windows can be darkened progressively"
Cons: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."

Pros: "Nice new Boeing 787, lots of space."
Cons: "Seat could use a bit more cushion, a bit thin for a long haul service. Also, had to take a bus to the aircraft which slowed the boarding."

Pros: "Very friendly and helpful crew."

Pros: "The price was nice."
Cons: "Plane looked unkept on exterior. Crew was nice but lazy."
