Crew very lovely. Arrived an hour late due to bad weather. We were given new tickets to an other flight but it could have been organised better, so we did not have to run through the whole airport to.

The staff were all particularly great. The plane was clean and fresh. The bassinet worked great. It was all very nice.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Everything was quite easy from boarding to landing - the staff was great and service was excellent too!

Flights are standard. But being over 3 hours late is too much.

The flight was surprisingly good, especially given initial experience. BA app is horrible as is their customer service. Online check in was a horrendous experience and when I phoned their customer service number, the live agent with whom I spoke was rude and dismissive. She did helpfully inform me that their IT people were working on a known problem related to online checkin. However, once she delivered that information, she curtly ended the call before I could suggest that since BA was aware of this, it should be posted on the app and online. I grudgingly flew BA this time - have avoided them for years because of past similar serial bad experiences. While this flight was fine, I’ll return to avoiding them in the future given the hassle experienced and rude personnel.

Even though we had an airline approved car seat they insisted it was too large to fit in the plane. This same car seat has traveled to 18 different countries on at least 12 different airlines, including our initial flight on the smaller of the two aircraft used for our round trip travel. When we attempted to push the issue we were told to either check the seat or we could just stay in Helsinki (our layover location). The reasoning was because the flight was full, even though we occupied all 3 seats on our side of the plane/row. The the flight attendant then had the nerve to come back and make a smart comment about how the 2 year old was just as safe sitting in his seat alone (complete BS, because anyone who has ever tried to get a 2 yr old to sit still without a seat for 2+ hrs knows it is not going to happen).

Great flight. The crew was helpful in making sure everybody’s carry on luggage has a place to go. It was a short flight and Finnair made it fast and smooth.

it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.

The crew was not professional enough for that time. Multimedia connection had a problem frequently

This is not business class. This is premium economy. Total scam to sell this as business class

Business class: Like: food selection presentation Staff on the airline Love: lounge in Istanbul Needs major improvement: attitude of reception at Istanbul lounge: 4 of them sitting there: inattentive and then rude. They do not fit with rest of Turkish hospitality!

Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.

They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.

Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.

They were hand searching carry on luggage at the gate and I got hand patted down and wanded. We had been through security screenings twice already.. What was up with that? I had to remove iPad and Kindle from the cases too. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Would fly Turkish airlines again.

They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far

It was mediocre. Honestly, the flight was late but that didn’t bother me as I had plenty of time. The only thing that bothered me is that the crew never asked to make the beds for us in business class. Maybe the crew was exhausted and that just didn’t occur to them.

We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.

The staff were wonderful but the seats weren't very comfortable for a bigger guy like me.

1st time with. Etihad Airways and it was amazing from check in to crew. Great flight.

Food was very good. Again tray could use a non-skid mat. I had a regular seat - comfortable - able to sleep undisturbed. Boarding was uneventful.

These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Hygiene and Sanitary Facilities: The condition of the restrooms was subpar, and essential hygiene supplies were not adequately provided. This falls short of expectations for a long-haul journey. Overall Experience: Regrettably, the combination of these issues significantly affected my overall experience during this long flight, making it far from the comfortable and enjoyable journey I had anticipated. I understand that maintaining high standards on long-haul flights can be challenging, but I believe it's vital to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon in the future. As a loyal Etihad Airways customer, I had higher expectations for my journey. I kindly request that you take these issues into consideration and work towards enhancing the overall passenger experience on similar routes. Your attention to these matters is greatly appreciated. I could not book in online at all which is what I always do to secure a window seat which is my preference.
