Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.
Not as bad as from Newark to London ,but that doesn’t mean I will book with them again
When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat
Worst trans-Atlantic flight in years! The seats were incredibly tight, both in width and depth. The back selection was so cold, it was like traveling in a refrigerator. Although I had an entire row, the seat arms would not go up, so I could not take advantage of it to sleep. However, the crew was smiling and helpful and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was the worst I have ever experienced on any flight. The PA system blasts announcements to the point of hurting my ears when using the audiovisual equipment. Not safe or sat. Also, I did not like the bait and switch tactic. I put in a search with one bag and the other flights had put that into their price, but BA did not and made me pay extra for it which would have made the price comparable to others. Also, even at check in there was no “choice” of seat, unless you paid extra for it even in the same row. No other airline I have been on does this. Once check in begins, normally, you can choose any unoccupied seat in your category. These tactics and the lack of comfort means I will never fly BA again.
Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time
Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience
If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
2 hours delay & 1 hour stuck on the plane because the airport didn’t have a bus to pick up the people. So I lost my connecting flight…. really bad situation, because the service was really bad in London.
I had to give up this flight because my flight to Budapest was delayed and then my luggage was delayed by 24 hours. I tried to reschedule my return to a later date and BA wanted to charge me $500 so I booked a flight on Wizz Air and it was seamless. I am never flying on BA ever again.
