Cons: Food was sparse and water hard to come by. The ability of passengers in front to deeply recline their seats made the flight uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

Cons: They destroyed our suitcase. At the beginning of our vacation it's very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation.

Cons: Food extreamly salty and makes you gassy. Bathrooms were always dirty and out of items. Economy cabin was freezing cold and the blankets provided are paper thin.

Pros: Crew was okay, nothing amazing. Seats are cramped as I was put in middle seat separated from my wife despite request to sit together.

Pros: On time. Boarding was great. Flight wasn’t full so plenty of room to stretch out.

Cons: Portions of food is small. Entertainment selection could be better organized; ie comedy tv shows, drama tv shows, Japanese tv shows.

Cons: Singapore Airlines is so wildly overrated. The service is frequently poor, and the cabin environment dirty and old unless flying on their very latest planes. Even their A380s are now stale and musty. Not nice.

Pros: Service and staff were great. Especially liked that they provide a personal kit for everyone which has a toothbrush, toothpaste and an eye mask and ear plugs. Excellent!

Pros: The flight attendants were kind and attentive and professional. I enjoyed being able to watch movies of my choice. Great selection of entertainment available. Food was good and the Hagen Daze ice cream was a great surprise!

Cons: I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity.

Cons: The food is served on a tiny tray that only has room for the hot dish. Other items are piled on top. Recipe for items being dropped, getting crumbs everywhere and generally less comfortable eating experirnce. And stop using plastic cutlery!
