Could not fly out of Canada. Called airlines on Monday, July 14th. Tried to cancel the flight 7 days away, but they said I could not cancel and there would be no refund.

A little disorganized but overall good. The Delta flights were great though

Price was good. Entertainment and food could have been better

My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet

Poorly staffed check-in in Victoria. Unhappy WestJet person on counter. Then our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which meant our luggage failed to make the flight to LHR. Overall poor communications to passengers. Fortunately the flight from YYC to LHR was good and on time.

Our flight info was lost as the original booking was with westjet... almost missed our outbound flight trying to get it corrected. Inbound we had to reschedule completely as they didn't have our information and resold our seats ending up getting home much later than planned. The confirmation numbers we received from justfly for westjet didn't help anything with delta as they said we needed a delta confirmation which we never received. I talked with justfly and they said it's the airlines problem and with westjet and they said it is the 3rd party bookers issue.... so, not fun

They kept making changes to the itinerary. I actually wasn't able to go and i tried to get flight credit in exchange for the ticket, but the customer service chat was taking way too much time.

WestJet canceled my booking, replaced it with a booking that didn't work (departing from cruise ship), and didn't offer any flights that did work. Their only option was for me to cancel and go to another airline for more money. Which I did.

Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled

The seats are totally uncomfortable making the flight less than pleasant. The cookies & pretzels were terrible!!!

Bad service as well. Another 3hr delayed flight from chicago to Charlotte.

Everything was good. Except Broken looking escape/exit doors over the wings need tending,

Really good, super comfy flight and the stewardess was great.

Good flight, friendly crew and overall - good service on United Airlines.

flight landed late almost 1.00hr and we 4 passengers missed our connected flight to indianapolis, we need to get the hotel and taxi for the next day flight to home in indianapolis, cost us $ 300 more

From the kind young lady (w/Vancouver air security) who expedited our check-in to U.S. Customs to the Air Canada gate crew who gave us pre-boarding, the flight attendants who actually offered a strong hand to help me board once I had surrendered my rolling walker at the door, they are all reflections of the thoughtful, genuinely helpful Canadians we have grown to appreciate. Water and other beverages were offered throughout the flight to make sure we weren't dehydrated and the cookie was great. (Husband bought the fruit & crackers snack,) I was delighted to see three movies that I would not have otherwise seen and appreciate that AC left the last film viewable until its conclusion although the flight had actually landed. Last, mahalo to the kind strong gentleman who not offered his hand to help me debark the plane, but gave me an AC pin that I'll truly treasure.

There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.

Terrible. 3 missed flights and 24 hours delayed with lost bag and promised $100 compensation from United and absolutely nothing from them…

It was a lovely flight. Very attentive crew, comfortable seats, good food and entertainment. Highly recommended. Only difficulty was with their app.

Boarding was challenging as we had to use the stairs from the tarmac. Stairs are okay but a roller bag makes it challenging.
